I’ve been there twice now and I’m definitely going back. the food is absolutely amazing 10/10, everything we ordered was delicious, the portion size is perfect, the ambience is great and the people working there are kind, polite and friendly. Honestly one of my favorite restaurants now, I would recommend it to anyone :)

We had company coming over and, since my wife is Peruvian, we thought we’d pick up some Peruvian food. We’ve been to Pisac’s old Avenue Rd location many times (which is now closed), and the food was always pretty good, so we felt confident ordering again.
Unfortunately, this was our first time visiting the Carlton location, and it was a huge disappointment. From the moment we picked up the food, it was clear something was off. The quality was nowhere near what we experienced at the Avenue Rd location — the food was poorly prepared, lacked flavor, and honestly felt rushed and careless.
To make matters worse, the fries were burnt, one of the containers was only half filled, and the green sauce tasted rancid, to the point where it seemed like it may have been expired. What was supposed to be a nice meal to share with guests turned into an embarrassing experience.
For a restaurant under the same name, the difference in quality between locations is shocking. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the Carlton location at all. If this had been our first experience with Pisac, we never would have gone back. Very disappointing.

I have never tried any Peruvian dishes before...so I am only rating based on my personal taste, presentation and experience. I enjoyed the dishes we ordered! A lot of effort was put into presentation 👏 👌...flavors were great. I enjoy supporting local and this restaurant should be added to everyone's list ✨️ if you are looking to try something different ❤️

Visited Pisac for my brother’s birthday and didn’t feel welcome. The owner or manager had a poor attitude, and the reservation experience was rude and unprofessional. The food was just okay.

If you are looking for authentic Peruvian cuisine this is NOT the place. My family and I were very disappointed with the food. This is the WORSE Peruvian restaurant you could go.
Food was so tasteless, needless to say that it doesn’t even comes close to the flavour of what a Peruvians dish should taste like. I truly don’t understand how this place got good reviews. As a Peruvian myself it bothers me that this place it just trying to fool people because whatever they sell there is just NOT PERUVIAN FOOD for sure!!!
You are better off trying any other Peruvian restaurant.
Be aware it might look “good” in pictures but it doesn’t taste good at all.
None of the dishes my family and I tried were good. Ceviche was way too sour and zero flavour,Lomo saltado was absolutely awful and dry, pollo à la brasa was horrible, the anticuchos had zero flavour that it’s just ridiculous and the arros con mariscos was so tasteless that might just eat white rice and you wouldn’t notice the difference, crema volteada and alfajores not good either
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. My family and I would never go back there, that’s for sure !!
Food was fantastic. The Sangria was the best I have ever had. Definitely will return.

We came here on a Thursday evening, and although we had a reservation, it didn’t seem necessary. Overall, the service was friendly, and the decor was really cute and inviting.
We started off with the chicha morada, which ended up being the highlight of the night—very tasty and felt authentic. The duck leg dish was decent: well-prepared, though not a standout. For dessert, which changes daily, I tried a lucuma crème brûlée and a cheesecake. The chocolate in the cheesecake slightly overpowered the lucuma flavor, but the lucuma taste was strong in the crème brûlée!
I would love to come back and try the ceviche next time!
everything we had was incredible! i especially recommend the octopus and the ceviche nikkei. we will be back for sure.
we also received great service, our waitress was very helpful and accommodating.
we were told that they occasionally have halal beef or chicken and to try calling ahead to see what options they have on the day

My son and I went to Pisac for the first time and were blown away by the food. I had the grilled Octopus and the mussels and my son had a potato and hard boiled egg topped with a great Peruvian sauce and the Tuna ceviche that was out of this world. The service was excellent and the two rooms makes you feel right at home.
We will definitely be back.

Solid Peruvian food in a cute location. I haven't dined in, but I have picked up a couple times. The pollo brasa and yucca fried are quite good. It's nice to have a Peruvian option in the neighborhood, and the people at Pisac are very welcoming too. I wish the prices were a little more affordable so I could frequent here more often.

Delicious and super flavourful Peruvian food! The ají de pollo was rich and perfect, and the lomo saltado was tender and full of smoky flavour. The anticucho de corazón was amazing too! Definitely a great starter. Worth trying out!

It taken a while to be served and to receive our drinks. Service was very slow. Wings were dry. Main courses were very good.
Excellent ambiance, not pretentious and not noisy at all even though the resto was full. All our 2 dishes included rice, which was too greasy and over-salted. The food was carefully prepped and nicely presented. Service was very good, knowledgeable about menu, and friendly. We will try them again!
