This place is really a loot. For every bit of sauce or leaf they add is an extra cost. The person charged me for a large roll when I mentioned I need a shawarma. With no mention of size how is a customer supposed to know. Originally the parsley was not extra cost now it's with added cost. Asked them to add one squeeze more sauce and they charged extra. They don't mention it before adding. I request Pita Land officials to look at this and take an action.

Saw many comments of overcharging. It happened with me as well. The lady charged me $16 for a shawarma wrap which was $9.49 on menu and told me that I didn’t ask for a small wrap. Why will I ask for a small if the menu has just ONE size. But I didn’t ask for a large one either!!!
Was I supposed to pay for something I didn’t ask for??
I mostly eat on a budget and it was the most expensive shawarma roll I ever had!! What a shady place.
She got immediate $ but for sure she is not getting repeat business.
I tried all of the foods from their menu options and I loved it so much ?worth it?❤

Worst service ever I asked for a small Greek salad, which was the smallest little container I’ve ever seen for seven some odd dollars. She starts piling in lettuce, tomato, and onion and I’m going oh sorry I don’t like onion and she looks at me with this stare of distain says; well you asked for a Greek salad I said yes I do not like onions though they upset my stomach. You asked the gentleman before me what he would like in his salad. I thought the same was going to apply to me, grumpily she proceeds to make my salad and just hand pics out the onions. Needless to say, I will never ever go back to Pita land again. not to mention the price it’s crazy for what you get-not worth it.

Wish I had checked the reviews here before going as this place is shady indeed.
I saw an ad recently saying they are running a special offer for $7.99, so I thought I will come and give it a try. Sure enough, I showed the staff (owner?) the ad, mentioned the price, which she acknowledged and asked if I want the shawarma on a plate or with a wrap. I asked for the plate, and so went the staff, started prepping the meal.
Everything seems alright until she went to the sale console and slapped on a bill of over $16 at the end. She then denied all the claims about special offer, saying it is for another location (which it isn't because the ad specified this particular location), and it is for another day (which also isn't true because the ad didn't specified any date). But the most important thing is I had confirmed with her before the entire transaction, but she simply did not care to explain at first, and picked the one menu item that costs the most, which isn't even the one that was on the ad.
Like other comments had said already, pushy staff/owner, shady pricing. Plenty other options around, no point getting surprised here.

Enjoyed its falafel with a tasty combination of herbs and spices, i wish they add more humus in the wrap to make it more delicate.

Not happy with food quality and portions.
Usually other pitaland gives 2 cups of chicken for their large wrap but this place only gives you 1 cup of chicken which is the same size as the small. So you’re paying for a large wrap but they give you the same portion as a small wrap.
The customer service not the best and too pushy. I didn’t tell her I want a large wrap but she already grabbed the large pita pushing me to buy a large.

They ask for phone and review themselves in order to attract the guest... Even though I don't think it's better to go there ? they call all the students and make them to work free of cost for 3 days and simply ignore you
Let me start by saying I’ve been ordered from here many times before. I had the worst customer services at Yonge/Eglinton Centre PITA LAND. Experienced RACISM and yelled at with my 10 months old baby when trying to order food in line by crazy women who was ordering food there too. I asked Pitaland staff 2 women and 1 man which is always working there to call security! They REFUSED to call security they told me “they can’t call security and go look for security myself” They refused to help! I hope your business will hire a better staff and get them trained. I wouldn’t recommend this place!!

Today was the first time me and my girlfriend decided to try Food from Pita Land, I bought 2 chicken Shawarma and with no extra topping which cost extra. When I had to pay the total was around 32$ and the price mentioned in the menu is around 9$, while making the payment for both the shawarma I asked the girl the reason for charging 32$, to which she replied we don't have the small bread so she gave me a large size bread, The only thing I want to ask is why can't they just inform the customer that they don't have the regular size. This is completely miss selling
