The food was phenomenal, service was incredible. I’m not a huge fan of the food court but pitaland is definitely a highlight.

Food was ok but I didn’t find the staff to be ethical; as other reviews pointed out. It was my time ordering, and the server asked me which toppings I would like. As she started placing the toppings on only after I went to go check out and pay for my meal did she tell me that some of the toppings were extra. In most places it’s common practice that if a topping is going to be extra charge, the staff will let you know beforehand. It’s unfortunate because I work nearby and would’ve been a regular customer, but this experience has soured the place for me. I believe other reviews shared similar experiences of staff preselecting tips or find other ways to mask up charges.

I wish I could have option for no star they don’t deserve it. The Lady just started without asking anything and And when I mentioned About how I wanted, she frowned. Such a bad attitude no manners at all, you guys have 3.6 rating on the Google no wonder why it is so.
Just arguing and at the end, And at the end stated, just leave if you don’t want it. What a poor mentality I don’t know the name of the lady, but she was working on Friday morning.
Not a problem with anybody’s job, you should be professional and at the same time, little nice to serve somebody also there was no one taking order at that time she was not in a rush. I think Owner should look into it. I’m not exaggerating. It is how your staff behaves. I Looked into previous reviews majorly have the same concern.
Please train her little more so That she can understand properly what are the job requirements.

Charging $16+ for this is absurd, and $1.99 for 5 toppings?! I hope they close this and open up an Osmows instead.

Very bad service Worst customer service I’ve experienced in Toronto. The staff at in Eglinton Centre were aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. One employee tried to start a confrontation with me, insulted me personally, mocked mental health issues, and called me names just because I said I would report the situation. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from people working with the public. Security staff witnessed everything. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Food was decent but damn near distamantled my wrap before putting it on the grill. Food decent but charging extra for olives is weird.

The food here is actually great. I personally got a shawarma with a pop since it had a student discount. But the issue was when it came time to pay. The cashier went around the counter and selected a 20% tip on the machine without asking me. I’m happy to pay for good food, but being forced to tip 20% just because they made my food is unprofessional. Even thought the good food, I won’t be eating here again.
