Lady there is very smart, she would put very less chicken in any dish you order. I really love Osmow’s quality and quality in a similar price.

The staff at this Pita Land are incredibly friendly, courteous and always smiling. Their chicken shawarma salad bowl was super tasty and the baklava box is always a treat I look forward to. The prices are average compared to other restaurants in the food court. I highly recommend visiting this Pita Land if you’re in the area!

I ordered the chicken shawarma platter and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was tender, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. The portion size was generous, and the sides complemented the meal really well — especially the garlic sauce, which was so fresh and tasty. The presentation was neat, and everything tasted like it was made with care. Highly recommend!

This outfit aggressively pushes electronic tipping on kids and students. They should be ashamed. There are tons of other pita/shawarma places nearby, don’t bother with these guys.

the lady working her always upsells!!! will casually try to ask if u want to choose the salad with your shwarma rice and never mentions that it costs extra!!! She did it to me twice!!! reading the other comments, looks like she does this upselling scam with everyone else. she also has an attitude. please look into this matter as it has been happening for awhile now.

The woman working at this Pita Land location is extremely rude and has an “I don’t care” attitude. I ordered a Shawarma Potato Bowl, and she didn’t include the lentil soup. When I asked, she said they don’t offer it here because “customers don’t ask for it.” Only after I told her I’ve had it before did she reluctantly give it to me on the side.
She also skipped the feta cheese and told me I should’ve asked for it, again claiming that customers in this area don’t usually want it. Isn’t it the server’s job to inform the customer about toppings that are already included and let us decide what we want? Each customer is different. Not to mention she barely added any shawarma chicken to my bowl. It was scraps and not even fresh considering they had just opened for the day and you’d expect fresh and juicy chicken.
This seems like a sneaky cost-cutting tactic, and it leads to a terrible customer experience. Definitely not the standard I expect from Pita Land.

She made a large wrap without asking if I wanted the small or large size. Also she put in parsley without saying it is for extra charge. The final price was more than I expected due to this shady practice and I will not return.
I recently visited Pita Land and was very impressed! The shawarma was fresh, juicy, and full of flavour. The portions were generous, and the garlic sauce was amazing. The restaurant was clean, and the service was quick and friendly. A big shoutout to Ali Sha, who helped me choose the best food for my taste—he made the experience even better. Great value for the price – definitely one of the best spots for shawarma in town!

I ordered the falafel wrap. The falafel was moist and flavorful. The veggies were fresh and crunchy. And the sauces were delicious! The staff offered me tahini sauce when I asked if the sauces had dairy in it which, as a vegan, I appreciated the proactiveness! It's well priced. Without the drink I paid less than $9.50 for the wrap. Will definately be coming back.
Update: I went back today right before closing, at 7, and it was still great! Everything I said above still applied!
