The double cheese burger i had was a pretty good smash burger but that's about it. The cajun fries were had too much cajun on them, frozen not freshly cut. There isn't really a vibe and customer service could use a lot of improvement. My biggest peeve was no gloves when handling the burger and most notably the cheese.

That being said has a lot of potential, everything from the design of the place (why white pleather seats) to customer service training...
I'm from out of town and needed something different from the franchise burger joints and decided to try this place and was I ever glad I did , I had the double burger and it turned out to be the best burger I've had in ages , the burger was done to perfection, smothered in cheese with fresh toppings ,piping hot ,I don't live in the city but if I did this would be my go- to burger spot .If your in the city try to get there at king and suffering you won't regret...
I had the Pitmaster burger and it was delicious. The service was questionable though- it almost seemed like the gentleman working didn’t want to make or serve me any food? First he told me the burger will take 25 minutes and then I asked if there was a burger that takes less time and after a bunch of back and forth, he said he’ll make it in 15. I left that interaction super confused! He did make me the burger eventually but I don’t understand why I had to go through that....
