Used to frequent here, I may not anymore as they don’t actively promote their promos. They make ignorant customers pay more…the excuse”it’s on the customer to know and to ask” I thought the whole point of a “promo”was for the business to promote the deal. Really felt cheated, Anyways problem was sorted after I had to go back in and argue it wasn’t fair. Would’ve saved the entire interaction if customers were made aware of deals and not left to pay more than double (Tried to get me to pay $14.00 for 2 cheese pizza slices and gave another guy behind me 2 for $7 on deluxe slices. )The slices ended up tasting stale and brick ended up tossing the rest.

Been ordering from this location for years and the food is consistent and delicious! Delivery is fast, the food is hot and every delivery driver that delivered to my place was polite handled the food properly. I only removed a star for atmosphere because its a the building is small so it is not the best to sit in and dine for a large group. But this location has a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

I ordered pizaa and wings on Saturday evening and I was really disappointed. The pizza was burnt, and the cheese wasn’t even spread properly—just thrown on in random spots with bare patches everywhere. It honestly looked like no care went into making it. Sadly, this seems typical these days: you pay top dollar and get served garbage. For what they charge, you’d expect at least a bit of pride in the product, but clearly that’s not the case here.

This morning I ordered delivery for my son's birthday party today (4 party pizzas) to be delivered at 12:35pm. I called at 1pm being nervous as it hadn't arrived, and mentioned it was for a kids bday party, and customer service told me everything was okay and delivery just around the corner; it would be 5 more minutes and on the way. 5 minutes later I got a call from the store saying it would be 20 minutes. At this point I have no option; I cannot magically whip up food to feed 15 kids and 15 adults. The pizza ultimately came at 1:47pm, 1 hour and 12 minutes past when it was supposed to. Because it was a kids birthday party the timing mattered.
I thought how Pizza Nova handled it , with the communication, was pretty shitty; even the driver was surprised I didn't get a discount and apologized on their behalf.

I love pizza nova for many reasons but above all the people that work there are truly passionate about pizza. They have really creative gourmet slices here, all the chefs are so nice, it’s very easy and enjoyable. I love Hawaiian I don’t want to hear it #elbowsup
