Very disappointed in their customer service today and obviously not very inclusive. This has always been our go to place when ordering take out pizza. Today while in store waiting for order my autistic grandson was touching table display. He was in no way damaging them and was handling them very gently. A voice from the back of the kitchen yelled out. Don't touch it. It's our display. I immediately informed them that he was autistic and wasn't hurting anything. This did not seem to make a difference. Very disappointed and will take my business elsewhere.

They serve food that isn't fresh wilst baking fresh food. If you go in at noon to get a slice chances are they are serving what they didn't sell the day before. But 100% they serve food that has been left out for over 5hrs. It's petty. So why would you want such petty people cooking your food? Wake up Pizza Nova, you can better.

Had the worst experience of my life .I was super sick tried to call many times to reschedule the interview but no one from customer support helped me to talk to the HR so I had to book a cab and I went there for the interview for the OPX position, so it was difficult for me to find the main door so I was searching I called the pizza nova office to open the door for me he told me you are 2 mins late I won’t open the door you may go … I felt heart broken …. I told him sir I’m not well …. Please open the door but His name was PETER he didn’t opened and because of him I couldn’t give the interview and one hope for the job was just shattered in front of my eye …. This is very sad that you don’t respect other people … you would have just opened the door for me literally 2 mins late only to find the main door it was 7:03 pm and interview was 7.00 pm … please Don’t play with someone’s career.

Please hire people who speak proper English. This lady can't be understood. I feel like a fool constantly asking her "what did you say?" Or please leave a note pad out so customers can write and communicate.Thanks

Eglinton and Bermondsey Location just now deliveryHave been a customer of Pizza Nova For 35 years.The last 5 pizzas from this location have be absolute garbage.Not cooked raw pepperoni and vegetables. The crust is soggy ?Please have someone check this location it needs something corrected quickly. I have alway asked to make sure the pizza is cooked.Not recommended

The regional manager, Veronica called me and was very professional and understanding. I did not ask for anything but she sent me a letter of apology (old-school actual paper in the mail - not an email!) and a coupon for a large pizza. Pizza Nova always strives to make it right and that's all a customer can ask for.

Crust was burnt. Only portions of pizza had sauce and cheese. This has happened at the Ritson Rd., Oshawa too many times. Head office wanted a picture! Does not read in a picture! I guess Domino's Pizza will be the winner.

Is it possible to offer the old recipe from pre-2000? I don't mind if it costs a lot more, I just miss the old taste. Classic Pizza Nova used to have a very fresh herbal/pungent tasting pizza sauce. Miss those days...
