Had the worst experience of my life .I was super sick tried to call many times to reschedule the interview but no one from customer support helped me to talk to the HR so I had to book a cab and I went there for the interview for the OPX position, so it was difficult for me to find the main door so I was searching I called the pizza nova office to open the door for me he told me you are 2 mins late I won’t open the door you may go … I felt heart broken …. I told him sir I’m not well …. Please open the door but His name was PETER he didn’t opened and because of him I couldn’t give the interview and one hope for the job was just shattered in front of my eye …. This is very sad that you don’t respect other people … you would have just opened the door for me literally 2 mins late only to find the main door it was 7:03 pm and interview was 7.00 pm … please Don’t play with someone’s career.

Eglinton and Bermondsey Location just now deliveryHave been a customer of Pizza Nova For 35 years.The last 5 pizzas from this location have be absolute garbage.Not cooked raw pepperoni and vegetables. The crust is soggy ?Please have someone check this location it needs something corrected quickly. I have alway asked to make sure the pizza is cooked.Not recommended

Crust was burnt. Only portions of pizza had sauce and cheese. This has happened at the Ritson Rd., Oshawa too many times. Head office wanted a picture! Does not read in a picture! I guess Domino's Pizza will be the winner.

Excellent customer service! I had an issue with a staff member at one of the locations and asked for a manager to call me back. The regional manager, Veronica called me and was very professional and understanding. I did not ask for anything but she sent me a letter of apology (old-school actual paper in the mail - not an email!) and a coupon for a large pizza. Pizza Nova always strives to make it right and that's all a customer can ask for.

Is it possible to offer the old recipe from pre-2000? I don't mind if it costs a lot more, I just miss the old taste. Classic Pizza Nova used to have a very fresh herbal/pungent tasting pizza sauce. Miss those days...

Ordered a 2 medium pizza for dinner, The store at 10 Bur Oak Ave , Markham .Pizza Nova this location is going to the decreased to -0% . This place is disgusting when it comes to the food & the people that work there.On my visit Apr/23/2023 , kids age 10 years old noticed (dead spider )bugs in the pizza, pls see the picture below .I’m also sending this to head office Pizza Nova & Health's food safety program that inspects City, make sure some one check this place more often by city as well.The quality has decreased from , It's not as authentically Italian as it used to be.Whoever is cooking the pizza needs to go back to pizza school and safety.

On Saturday, I placed an order through a delivery food app for Pizza Nova. Boy do I regret that choice. First mistake, I ordered a party size pizza; half cheese half pepperoni. What I received was a party size deluxe pizza. Wow. Next mistake was disgusting and embarrassing if I was the owner of this “ taste the difference “ company. I ordered Arrancini. What i received was astonishing. Please see the attached. How could anyone in their right mind send these burnt l, inedible atrocities to a paying customer. I then contacted Pizza Nova to explain my displeasure in the very least and the representative was just as bad. Telling me basically its not their problem and if I’m looking for a refund I need to call the food delivery app. OMG!!! Who made the pizza? Who made the Arrancini? Never again will I place an order for your disgusting food. If i could give this rating No Stars; I would

Been ordering Pizza Nova for decades. Always my 1st choice. Not anymore. Pizza was terrible. Cheap with the toppings. 1 side had double cheese. They are not what they use to be. Might as well go 2 for 1. Get 2 cheap and poorly made pizzas instead of just 1from pizza nova.So disappointing. It is a constant now. All good things come to an end.

The worst experience and customer service. Kurt, wallid and Peter of the company do not care whether your product gets there on time, warm but willing to charge you delivery for a wait of 50 mins. But thats acceptable. Only thing they are willing to do is take the pizza back from my kids to actually get any discount or refund. Worst company ever, worst
