Terrible customer service. Hire someone who looks like they want to work here. I feel like I’m the salesperson, being treated with attitude while paying for my food, especially with tons of other pizza places around.

They were supposed to close at 3am. But , i went there at 2:30am from work. Because, i was hungry. It was my first time trying the pizza of the pizza pizza. I was quite excited. The lady over there was saying we are closed although, there closing time was 3. I want to choose my food wisely. That indian girl was forcing me to choose anything what will make her work easier. The food was also not good. THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE......

I had the worst experience at this location. I ordered a pizza that was not cooked according to the instructions, and when I showed it to the delivery driver, he acknowledged the mistake and replaced it. But he went to the store and complained that I have disrespected the food ( this is the same guy with other reviewer who mentioned below, Middle aged Asian guy with glasses). However, after I complained about the order, they blacklisted me from ordering again.
If you look at other customer reviews, you’ll see a pattern of complaints about the quality. It seems like they’re cutting corners on ingredients. The manager here seems incapable of handling customer concerns, which is disappointing, especially considering I’ve always had great experiences with this Pizza Pizza store and other locations. I’ve been a loyal customer in this area for six years, but ever since new management took over two years ago, the quality and service have drastically declined. I hope the head office takes note of the issues here. This wasn’t a problem with the previous owner. Delicious pizza and very clean and tidy environment. I once left my wallet there one of there staff walk all the way to my door step to let me know I forget there my wallet it was returned safe to nothing missed.

Unfortunately my delivery driver was in fact late and swearing at me because I asked him why he diddent buzz me when he arrived . Then he tried to tell pizza pizza dispatch that I had not payed for my meal when did and he is on camera. The old middle eastern guy with glasses is the guy who delivered my pizza and claimed I did not pay .
