Pizza was good but the lady working didn’t drop my fries until after serving the people who ordered after me. A little annoying I went and picked a booth for my wife to sit and came back and she didn’t drop the fries until after she saw me waiting. Fries were disgusting. Over cooked and had a bad oil taste.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I ordered a half-moon cheesy bread and was told it would take 20 minutes. After waiting patiently for 20 minutes, I was informed it would take even longer. When I asked for my order to be prepared, the staff member told me to just get a refund instead. Her attitude was unprofessional, and she even made a face at me, which felt extremely disrespectful. This experience was awful and far below the standard of customer service I expect. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their service.

I don’t even want to rate 1 star for this place because the TWO GIRLS working there are complete nonsense. They are busy talking on phones among themselves that they don’t know what customer is ordering. First of all, no customer greetings at all. I ordered cheese pizza and she didnt even warm it up. She was wearing earphones and full attitude. I asked her for chilli and she said something to phone to the person talking instead of being ATTENTIVE TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER. She brings me OREGANO and I told her I asked for chill. Instead of getting the chilli she confronts me and says you said OREGANO. And on top she’s like you are RUDE for no reason. How come I am rude? First off she has lots of attitude and she’s rude. She’s probably having bad day but leave your problem outside the door when you come to work. Where the professionalism, work manner and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manager there is bit more understanding and she knows what she’s there for.
No wonder the store was dead and no customer was ordering because if you look at the previous reviews everyone left the same complaint. Everyone that complaint here mention about this girls work ethics. Look around the food court and learn from other store employee about being store front cashier and having good customer service skills.
The owner can do better in hiring proper people instead of someone who doesn’t appreciate your store and bring your business down. I mean you are there to work and you are on clock. So WORK!!!!!!
