The soprano is my absolute favourite pizza. When I get delivery even a large order for parties they have quick delivery.

It used to be our favorite location but seems the owner or the employees are changed and it’s not the same anymore, pizzas have lower quality and much less toppings and cheese! I hope they can improve to be the same favorite pizzaiolo location!

Very disappointed with level of service I received. I put an online order and got confirmation email. Didn’t get the order. Called the merchant at 3369 Yonge. They claim didn’t have the order and even with the confirmation number they refused to send me the order. This is unacceptable as their system communication failure should not be my problem as I was charged.

Very dishonest employees. Placed an order at 7pm via Uber Eats and was given a 8pm arrival time. Well my pizza never arrived and was lied to twice. Called at 915pm to see what was going on and was told it was sent out 15 minutes ago. Around 10:15pm I got a notification that if was delivered except I did not receive anything. Called the store but they refused to answer me. Stay away!!
I ordered through Uber Eats the time was supposed to be between 640 and 7 PM delivery.The delivery was apparently through their own delivery people, not through Uber eats delivery .The pizza never came. It was now 715. I decided to call every time I called they picked up the phone and hung up on me. I was beyond surprised and shocked this is no way to conduct business. I thought maybe it’s because on the app I don’t tip I tip privately when my food is delivered, regardless if that is the reason it is inexcusable. I called Uber eats and cancelled my order though at some point through Uber delivery the pizza showed up almost 2 hours later. It was stone cold! Since the experience I was having with the store itself I was super concerned about actually eating the pizza. I tipped the Uber delivery person and threw the pizza away. Needless to say, I will never ever order or go to this specific pizza place again. I will also be giving my reviews on social media..

Probably the best pizza franchise in the GTA. My go-to was Domino’s, but I must say, Pizzaiolo is miles ahead of them.
They don’t have any locations close to me, but it’s definitely worth paying extra for delivery than driving 2 mins to my nearby Domino’s to get a pizza.
