Stopped ordering about a year ago over 2 bad pizzas . A friend insisted on ordering from them (Queen st. east ). Cheese crumbs, almost no sauce.
Normally I wouldn't even bother putting this on google but !
Contacted customer complaints
They responded w questions.
Answered them all I don't have the bill. Friend had taken
Gave the the address, time ordered and delivered, name, pizza size and toppings, etc
No response or follow up
This is why you have my review of 1 Pizziola.
Change your slogan
The Pizza makers that pizza people don't want to eat
Or
If it wasn't for bad customer service you wouldn't have any at all
Or
Premium priced pizza at the 3 for 1 quality
Look at your current reviews and make changes
You literally need to see rats and cockroaches to get a 3.2 from a pizza joint

The person who works and make pizza here is rude. I have been stopping by here at least once a week to get a slice and I always make sure to tip the workers. thats 10-15$ per stop.
Last time they started arguing over a plastic bag. they did not provide plastic bag saying they don't have them, while I showed them a stack of them right in front of me.
how much does a plastic bag cost to them? 10 cents? does it worth loosing 100 times that every week? I simply won't stop here anymore just because of that incidence.

I've ordered from this place in previous years and it worked out great but as of this year this place has been disappointing.

You give them a delivery time and they arrive way too early... the food gets cold by the time we break for lunch. The worst part is there's no utensils... especially when you order pizza and a large salad bowl for a group of people. No plates, no cutlery and no napkins!!!!!

When you call in to inquire about the plates/cutlery/napkins, they claim that someone has just left to provide the items... but no one arrives.

On top of that, they ask for a tip when you pay over the phone... all time worst service and should never deserve a tip let alone be in business.

Both my colleagues and I have noticed that this has happened several times already this year... never ordering from here for a work event again!!!!!!!

I went in to pick up a few slices of pizza after work. When I entered the store, there was an employee cleaning the front who did not acknowledge or say anything to me, just glared. I came in an hour before closing and know how annoying that can be, but I just wanted to grab a few ready slices to go.

The frustrated employee was standing directly in front of the case displaying the pizzas and stared at me as I looked from the entrance at the selection. I let him know that I was just looking at the selection and he continued to glare and not acknowledge or respond to me. He also did not move or make space for me to see the available pizza clearly.

I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable so I left without getting anything. If customers are not welcome during the last hour of operation, that should be listed somewhere. I didn't mean to interrupt their closing procedures as there was still an hour left of operation and I did not even want to get something fresh made.

I will be sure to avoid this location as it seems that customers in the store was more of a burden to the staff there

We just walked in with our family and we bought three orders of pizza like slices for the kids. The staff especially the person that took the order was very rude and short. We asked them a question He didn't even answer He ignored us. We didn't think nothing of it but then when he handed the food he slid it across the countertop in a plate. Gave us a dirty look and walked away. We told him something wrong? why you being so rude He said I don't care if if I am being rude. Then we told him yes you are being rude.. We told them you know in customer service it's nice and okay to say it Thank you or have a good night or enjoy your food or something. He said he did tell us thank you but that's a lie We have a group of 11 of us. He didn't say thank you or anything to any of us. Do not support this business that does not value the customer. We are pretty shocked the way he handles situation after we explain to him his behavior was not acceptable.

Showed up 20 minutes before close and the door was locked with two pizzas in the glass case nobody could buy. Businesses should stay open and completely functional until the stated closing time. Typical Toronto, no hustle for business.

I come here for the pizza, and thats it. The service is the WORST that I've experienced at any location. They are not friendly at all, and rush you through your order. The person who takes your order is not the person who cashes you out and you constantly have to remind them of what you ordered and if its to stay or go. I alway take it to go.

Came here for my lunch break today as I work in Scotia Plaza, had an extremely unpleasant experience with the employee here who frequently makes the pizza, darker skin south Asian man & his attitude & demeanour was extremely off putting. Usually in any Canadian establishment you are greeted by employees, seems like this guy didn’t get the memo as he had his back turned to customers & AirPods in completely oblivious to the customers waiting in line to order. I politely asked him if he or anyone else is working cash to order, he turns to me looks at me with this puzzled look on his face as if I asked him a question in a foreign language then proceeded to give me attitude while taking my order. I’m baffled at how an employee can get upset or confused at a customer asking them to do their job, clearly this employee needs a crash course on customer service. Also he seems extremely unhygienic when making the food, as he was making the pizzas he was taking customers orders touching the POS machine, touching dirty money, then would proceed to make the pizza WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. Being this careless & unhygienic when handling food is unsafe & disgusting. I will be getting in contact with the store manager of this location as I feel the employee’s behaviour needs to be corrected & I will definitely not be going back to this location.

Worst client service of all Pizzaolo locations.
The guy behind the register is the problem.
He doesn’t know what customer service means…absolutely pitiful.
