Came here for my lunch break today as I work in Scotia Plaza, had an extremely unpleasant experience with the employee here who frequently makes the pizza, darker skin south Asian man & his attitude & demeanour was extremely off putting. Usually in any Canadian establishment you are greeted by employees, seems like this guy didn’t get the memo as he had his back turned to customers & AirPods in completely oblivious to the customers waiting in line to order. I politely asked him if he or anyone else is working cash to order, he turns to me looks at me with this puzzled look on his face as if I asked him a question in a foreign language then proceeded to give me attitude while taking my order. I’m baffled at how an employee can get upset or confused at a customer asking them to do their job, clearly this employee needs a crash course on customer service. Also he seems extremely unhygienic when making the food, as he was making the pizzas he was taking customers orders touching the POS machine, touching dirty money, then would proceed to make the pizza WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. Being this careless & unhygienic when handling food is unsafe & disgusting. I will be getting in contact with the store manager of this location as I feel the employee’s behaviour needs to be corrected & I will definitely not be going back to this location.

Had lunch at Pizzaiolo on Yonge Street and ordered the Godfather pizza. The portion size was generous, and the taste was excellent flavourful sauce, quality toppings, and a perfectly thick baked crust. They also have thin crust options. You can order a whole pizza or just grab individual slices, which is great if you want to try a few different kinds. They offer a wide variety of options, including vegetarian and meat choices, and their full menu is available on their website with detailed ingredients listed for each pizza. I think they also have a $11 special for select full pizzas, which makes it a solid value for lunch. I love this place for its consistency, quality, variety and the fact that they have an amazing family history making delicious pizzas.

Have a look at the pizza in the picture. I couldn't detect even a bit of tomato sauce taste, the surface tasted like it was soaked in water. I ate it right out of the oven too right in the shop, there's no way it's steam condensation. Severe lack of seasoning and salt, just a bland piece of dough. Seems other reviews mentioned that the pizzas here seem to be dripping with water.
I believe this outlet is plagued with cost cutting measures and the quality suffers from it. Skimping on oil and the base tomato sauce. I don't recommend this place

No halal certificate. They claim to be halal but don't have the certificate to prove it - I do not trust them.
Their veggie pizza is good but I didn't appreciate the rude behaviour when I asked for the halal certificate.
This should be investigated.
