I've contemplated long(over years) and hard before putting this review and backed up by facts and not bias. I had Badialis a while back and the taste still had imprinted in my brain, particularly the crust. Recently I went to NY which is supposed to have one of the world's best pizzas and went to most popular/iconic and recommended pizza joints there(John's, Scarrs, Lucali etc) but still felt none of them were as good as Badiali's. Then I thought perhaps experience...
With every bite, you get a burst of flavour—with a saucy (cheesy) top layer, and a crispy, toasted bottom layer. As a picky pizza eating person, this is genuinely some of the absolute best pizza i’ve ever had. If you must order one thing, let it be the Vodka slice, with a unique rose sauce that you won’t find elsewhere. Highly recommend!
I was not be able to buy the whole pie. Reason- ‘we are booked out of the pies’
However, I was able to buy all slices of a pie cut right in front of me.
