Amazing! I’m a big fan of this restaurant so Pizzeria Defina was my first choice when I needed a full hot meal catered for 8 adults. The food was high quality and delicious, with generous portions. The order was hot, well packaged and it was easy to pick up with street parking. We will return for our next family gathering

If you like thin, crunchy focaccia and generous helpings of olives, this is the restaurant for you! The service was friendly and attentive, mindful of the dietary restrictions at the table.
The food was delicious - if you like thin, crispy crust pizza, you should definitely check it out! The cheese plate was very nice, relative to many in it's price range. It came with three cheeses (one of them blue), focaccia, olives, arugula, apple chutney, honey, and some sort of seasoned legume. It was great, the flavours worked very well together. The blue cheese was not an intimidating blue cheese, if you're on the fence!
The sodas come in a pint pour.

This pizza is amazing, the service is incredible and food was delicious. Got a pick up order of 13 pizzas to go. Everything was ready on time and the manager / Bartender helped bring it to my car. I only wish the pizzas were bigger, so we could eat more! Love that they have a vegan option!
Parking: Across the street there is green P street parking for around 4 cars. That whole street has sections

Seriously the best pizza ever. Regular patron. Love the vibe. Pizza is simply unbelievable.
Adding to this review. Due to allergies, my partner and I are limited to gluten free pizza only. We drive in about an hour for this pizza. Came in on an unfortunate night when they ran out of gluten free dough. The manager Evon Uber’ed in gluten free dough for us just to be able to service us. Amazing.

Had dinner on a Friday night. The food was excellent however we found the service was a 6/10. They brought us the wrong pizzas and we had to ask multiple times for extra plates and glasses of water. We also had to get up and ask for the bill because nobody checked up on us throughout the meal.
Also for those with shellfish allergies, they cook the steak on the same grill that they fry shrimp on. Also they have a single frier so the fries are fried in the same oil as the calamari.

We have eaten at Pizzeria Defina many times since they first opened but hadn’t for quite a while. We have always enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service. On our latest visit we found that it is as always; a great place for most any occasion. Family friendly; the room is lively yet quiet conversation is still possible. Most important, the food remains top notch and their selection of wine and beer will satisfy most tastes.

I can’t believe how long I waited to come here. I’ve heard nothing but great things in the 13 years I’ve lived in this neighborhood but just never dropped in….until last night. I was impressed but the whole experience- dining, service, and ambiance. We decided to eat on the patio, which is tucked away in the laneway out back. It has a really neighborhood feel which I enjoyed. We ordered 2 apps - the brussel sprouts and the fiesta salad. Both were excellent and just delicious. For the main, we share the pesto chicken pizza which was equally as delicious. It was thin crust with tons of toppings and had real chicken pieces. Prices are very reasonable as well! I thoroughly enjoyed everything and regret how long it took me to finally eat here.

I discovered Pizzeria Defina when restaurants were all closed to indoor seating during the pandemic. I was amazed at how good this pizza tasted delivered and couldn’t wait to go in person to try it fresh from the oven! The in person experience did not disappoint and my nieces request to go here every time they come into the city. Easily some of the best pizza in Toronto!
