Caution ⚠️ don’t eat here. Popeyes is in a lawsuit for buying their meat from a Residents garage in Hamilton. Look it up if you don’t believe me. They were buying illegal chicken from some guy garage out in Hamilton. And that’s just the chicken, what was the shrimp? 🤷‍♂️🤢 meanwhile they’ve opened their location again, but haven’t released any explanation for poisoning all of us. Popeyes should be shut down for good. What they did was illegal. And keep in mind that they were claiming it was halal, which could have been a lie too, and where was the resident bleeding out the chickens, imagine a pool of blood in his backyard. Gross 🤮

Excellent customer service and quite a clean store one of the best Popeyes I have ever been too.

Very fresh and delicious chicken. And the servuce is also very quick and friendly staff. I loved it!!

***FOOD SPOILED ALERT***
This is the first time ever I leave a review for any type of restaurant, I had bad experience before but not to the point I almost vomit because the food spoiled so badly. It makes myself wondering, how long has that piece of chicken been there to make it taste like fish that’s been dead for days (if not weeks). And I tell you it was not just the taste, you can smell it, my partner didn’t eat it and he can tell there’s a very strange smell (you don’t even need to bring it closer to your nose to smell it, yuck…); absolutely horrifying. I love Popeyes, and never wasted any food, I really have to spit out the food after chewing it, throw the whole piece. Even after that, the taste and smell haunted me for hours.
I don’t know what’s exactly wrong with the chicken and the smell today but I know it’s definitely spoiled badly, I ordered some chicken sandwich from this same location a few times before a d it was fine, but this is my first time trying the chicken piece and though I already took some Pepto Bismol, I hope I will not have any food poisoning after this. I hope there will be some food quality inspection to be conducted at this place, maybe I was unlucky to have that piece of spoiled chicken, but man, one is too many to imagine what’s the back story behind all those chicken. I attached a picture of the piece, you can’t smell it through the picture obviously but I really not wish for anybody to smell it ever, the most disturbing smell of spoiled food I have ever experienced in my entire life.

Indians have terrible customer service, not the cleanest location.
The food is average. It's better to go elsewhere for the service and what your getting.

Agonizingly slow

I literally just watched the guy in the kitchen pick his nose thorougly before trimming some chicken. Gross.

This isn't my first choice of location, but it was convenient. I ordered in advance via the app, but when I arrived a couple minutes later, an employee was watching a video on his phone at a table, and seemed surprised when he returned behind the counter to take my order, and I told him I'd already placed it.
That employee returned to his seat, and the female employee prepared another person's advance order, then prepared and served mine. I hope the male employee was on break, because he was nowhere to be seen 10+ minutes later when I came back to see if my order was ready, and it seemed unfair the other employee was doing everything.
It was pretty late in the day, but the place didn't look clean despite few customers inside, and everywhere smelled like a public washroom.
The food was hot, fresh, and tasted as expected, but it's very unlikely I'll return to this location.

I love popeyes, unfortunately this time my chicken sandwich was raw in the center, I wasn't near the establishment when I noticed so couldn't go back and complain.

I can't believe that I paid 15 dollars for such garbage. The atmosphere is awful, the food is awful. I asked them for spicy food and they gave me salty food instead. It is very stupid that they don't even allow their customers to use the toilet ?
