Fair pricing, good portion sizes and delicious flavours. We really liked the raddichio salad, sea bass and octopus, and the ragu pasta
The service was a standout. We came on Sunday night and the man serving us was very polite and attentive. The food also came very quickly

Let's cut to the chase - the food here was amazing. Even the simplest thing, like the bread sticks, were delicious and something different.

We got the Paccheri Al Ragu Napoletano and Dentice, Vongole Pisseli for dinner and both meals were awesome. But what really blew our minds away was the dessert.
The Ricordo Delizioso was great - perfect amount of sweetness, the lemon mousse was perfectly tart with a hint of mint and the sponge cake complimented everything greatly.
We also got the Baba-Misu which took my breath away completely. The rum cake soaked with freshly brewed espresso was both soft and chewy, but with a little crunch coming from the cocoa crumble and the crust itself. The tiramisu cream with a slightly sour chantilly cream accommodated the slight bitterness from the espresso-rum cake to make this thing unbelievably tasty.

I will definitely be revisiting this place and recommending it to all my friends and acquaintances who like Italian food.

The staff was also very friendly, warm and accommodating. Definitely recommend giving this place a try!

We used to dine here for years and it was what would be considered 'elevated casual' and the food was good and prices reasonable. This is the first time we've been back since the renovation and, although our pasta was delicious, we found the prices absolutely outrageous and the portions extremely small for the price. An entry bottle of wine $70 (and up) and a bottle of beer $16? Caprese $24? The radicchio salad was awful though. There weren't enough ingredients to offset the bitterness and it was barely dressed or not dressed at all. Again, sad for the price and almost offensive to the palate. The fine dining prices don't match the experience and there is MUCH competition in the area for the price point (Stock, Mamo, Piano, Oretta). Waitress was nice enough and attentive but not necessarily warm and welcoming. For what we paid I would say we didn't feel 'well fed.' The menu was significantly pared down and there were limited choices for the price - unless you want pizza.

The service at this restaurant was really good. Our server, she was a pleasure. The food on the other hand was not enjoyable. The calamari pasta was very small and extremely salty. The margarita pizza wasn't great and the Green Salad wasn't great either. Food 1 star, service 5 stars. Won't come back.

Loving professional greeting, and right away made accommodations for gnocchi that is normally just for brunch.

I visited Positano Restaurant for the first time in April with my fiancée, and we were both so impressed! We stopped in for a toast and some appetizers, and everything—from the service to the food—was outstanding. The dishes were absolutely delicious and tasted authentically Italian. The atmosphere was cozy and elegant, making it a perfect spot for a date night or special occasion. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This place is lovely. Went there for brunch and had the Fritte e Tartufo, Lo Scarpariello, and a delicious non alcoholic lavender cocktail. Both myself and my girlfriend agreed that the food was excellent, having been to many Italian places around town.

Excellent brunch spot -- had the smoked salmon croissant, Nutella fried dough and bruschetta which were all perfection, chef's kiss...and service with a smile! Will be back, one of the best brunch spots I've been to in a while given the quality, atmosphere, etc.

As a New Yorker who has tried many great Italian restaurants in Manhattan, I feel like this was one of the best Italian food I have had within the past 4-5 years. Our family agreed unanimously that this place was better than the Michelin rated restaurant we tried a few months ago. We especially liked the sea bass with octopus and shrimp, as well as the babamisu for the dessert. The host and the servers were friendly and classy. Strongly recommend to real foodies who enjoy unpretentious gem
