We ordered burger. Burger bun had supermarket level quality (industrial ones). The meat amount was smaller than expected. Burger souce was very good. I had tried several times to grab waitress attention before she came and took our order (not a busy time with plenty of empty tables). We asked for ketchup, which they did not have, but tried to made their own (unfortunately it was an unsuccessful try as we did not like the taste).
Personally, I wont give this restaurant more than 4.

One of the best experiences all around. Wonderful service, delicious food and calm atmosphere. Loved it!
Food was amazing, staff were wonderful, great ambiance and it was very quiet. Everyone kept to themselves with the background music at a perfect volume. Perfect for date night.
Everything was excellent! The menu for Valentine's Day was delicious! We enjoy so much! ♥️
We had another wonderful dining experience at Positano. Their four course fixed menu for Valentine's Day was delicious. They served a surprisingly light steak tartar with a caprese and arugula pesto sauce - absolutely perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The “Primi” course of deconstructed beat ravioli was one of the tastiest dishes I have had in a long time and was plated so nicely it almost seemed a shame to dissect it. This was followed by a tender and delectable Strip-loin accompanied by a potato fondant that did actually melted in my mouth. The meal finished off with a stunning an unreal combination of strawberry mouse and chocolate brownie combination that had me scraping my plate for every last morsel. All of this was accompanied by a lovely Fiano de Puglia from Positano's extensive wine list. A perfect night. Special thanks to our servers Alesio and Alesia who's attention to detail always make us feel special.
Server was very helpful and knowledgeable - helped us select our cocktails, wine and food. Didn't rush us. Gave us a quiet table as requested. Food was delicious. Portions were generous.
It's been a long time since dining at Positano in my neighborhood. The restaurant has been beautifully updated in terms of decor and ambiance. The kind and helpful server suggested I try the eggplant ravioli and it was absolutely delicious! I will definitely return soon.
One of favourite hidden gems in Toronto. Excellent service, lovely ambiance.. I can really highly recommend it for date night or dinner with friends or dinner with family..
Overall, the foods (the appetizer, the pasta, and the pizza) were great. The desserts were disappointing. The restaurant's version of tiramisu was soggy and too sweet. Their signature lemon mousse was just bland and tasted like something you could find from Costco (if you are looking for something sour to end your meal, I would not recommend you ordering this). Their service was slow as there were only a server and a bartender.
the team is pleasingly helpful and patient, its quiet for chat. They even gave my friend a tiramisu for her birthday, surprised! a pity that pizza was off the menu but the brief menu had enough to offer

A gem. Got lucky and found it on a very chill night. Was a perfect calm and beautiful atmosphere and the food was exceptional, as if in Italy.

I went to Positano for the first time this weekend and the atmosphere was great. Perfect for a date and a more quiet, small place. The food was very good as well. Although the service was just basic here. They charged $4 for a diet coke then came to remove our empty glasses and said nothing. They didn't even ask if we wanted another drink. I also had to ask for more water when other restaurants would usually just be attentive and fill it up throughout the night. Another server actually came by to check on us and fill our waters, not even our original server. Possibly it was too busy and they couldn't handle all the tables. The restaurant was full but it is also a very small place so they should be able to handle full capacity. Overall, I did enjoy the food and atmosphere a lot so therefore I think they still deserve 4 stars. I would return but hopefully to receive better service.

Brunch at Positano was delicious! The food was amazing and such a nice atmosphere for a group get together. We have been to Positano many times for dinner but it's worth checking it out for brunch. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
What an amazing dinner experience. We had a private dinner event, 4 course tasting dinner. It was fantastic all around, the food was outstanding. Staff were wonderful and very attentive. Beautiful decor and restaurant, so cozy. If you are looking for a private dinner event with exceptional food, this is your place. Thanks again for hosting us and we look forward to coming back again.

Just had their Sunday brunch. Ordered the burger with salad. It was very good. Service was great as well. It was a bit of a wait for food to arrive though. Surprised it was not busy, just us and another table.
