Visited at noon on a Wednesday lunchtime. There was a line up, however, we were quickly served by efficient staff. There was a moderately extensive range of sandwiches available, and I decided to go for the schnitzel. As it was cooked there was a little wait, however, the service was pretty rapid. Cost was just over $14 so it's what you would expect downtown. The schnitzel tasted pretty good and I had no complaints on a quick sandwich. The facilities were clean and well maintained.

Rating 5 stars because I absolutely loved their Spicy Chicken Kale Wrap. Order was prepared in no time!

Size of the Sandwich was smaller than the regular one they usually have. Asked them to heat the sandwich but they handed a cold one without ensuring it was cold. Not happy with the service at all!
Had a pretty good chicken pita wrap here. Was fast, fresh, and not too expensive.

Ordered catering for 11 people pick up was smooth and easy. Food was delicious and everyone was very happy! They have a great special for 10+ people with 2 salads and a dessert platter, the little salad dressing and tiny spoon were super cute! 10/10

We had our corporate lunch ordered from this spot! Love their sandwich but they could a bit better with the cookie and salad!
Always on time or early delivery and always professionally presented. The quality of the food is great and in our case, we can't comment on the atmosphere as we only place orders for delivery. Great job, Pumpernickels!
The chicken schnitzel is paper thin. I paid $20 for the combo and I was still hungry after. I know schnitzel are thin but… I feel like I’m not even getting a full serving of protein. I had to get McDonald’s afterwards.
Service is poor, I’ve worked in the building for over 20years and noticed a drastic change in the service and food quantity/quality. A recent interaction for a breakfast purchase left me not wanting to step foot in the restaurant again. Employee lack of empathy or reasonability/common sense.
If you are looking for a place that serves healthy, delicious & affordable lunch options without compromising on quality then Pumpernickel is a MUST VISIT and you cannot tell me otherwise!
I ordered myself a Chicken and Kale Wrap to share along with not 1 but 2 sides of coleslaw and a chickpea kale salad for only $16 that is including TAX!! Thats basically $8 for my share & let me just say this was ridiculously delicious! The chicken was cooked to perfection and salad was very well seasoned! I am so glad I got to share this because it would have been next to impossible to finish this entire plate! With amazing staff, super quality ingredients and freshness in every bite, Pumpernickel is a MUST visit! (There, I said it twice!)

$20 for a smoked meat sandwich that was more bread than meat. Tasteless sides. If you want a sandwich do yourself a favour and just choose any other spot in the food court.
