If you are looking for a place that serves healthy, delicious & affordable lunch options without compromising on quality then Pumpernickel is a MUST VISIT and you cannot tell me otherwise!
I ordered myself a Chicken and Kale Wrap to share along with not 1 but 2 sides of coleslaw and a chickpea kale salad for only $16 that is including TAX!! Thats basically $8 for my share & let me just say this was ridiculously delicious! The chicken was cooked to perfection and salad was very well seasoned! I am so glad I got to share this because it would have been next to impossible to finish this entire plate! With amazing staff, super quality ingredients and freshness in every bite, Pumpernickel is a MUST visit! (There, I said it twice!)

$20 for a smoked meat sandwich that was more bread than meat. Tasteless sides. If you want a sandwich do yourself a favour and just choose any other spot in the food court.

Got the Tuesday special Rueben sandwich. It was alright. Passable for sure. Since it’s the special they have a bunch made up and just grill them to order. At least it wasn’t ridiculously over priced. Would try other stuff here, but would never come here for a great Reuben.

Toronto, ON 01 10/9/2022 I had pumpernickels cater at a family event. We paid $15 per person for a lox platter with bagels for a 12 person event among some other dishes. I was shocked by the small portions we received. There were 2 pieces of lox per person and the salad was very small. There was not enough food for my party. It is absurd to think that a restaurant (especially one who's slogan is "where good food is plentiful") offers such little food and thinks its an appropriate serving. I had to go and buy 3 additional packs of lox for our guests. And of course, our guests finished the whole platter and moved onto the additional lox we bought without leftovers. When we contacted the restaurant they said they provide 2 oz of lox per person and wouldn't offer any consolation for the platter. They offered a small credit for the salad. If you want your guests to have enough food for your party, expect to pay double and order more or shop somewhere else.

Lost brain cells coming to this place. They shouldn’t be open for walk-in customers, extremely slow workers, busy texting on their phones and poor service. Everything is “Sold Out” in the early morning. Don’t bother coming here

Fast service and fresh dishes...on the other hand, lack of flavor and everything seems more industrial than artisanal, I was quite disappointed to have breakfast...the price is affordable

This is my go-to place for healthy meals. Their salads are amazing and very satisfying! The staff are very friendly and always serves with a smile ?.

Food is very good and well priced imo. I would rate this placea 5 star because my chicken schnitzel was great, but my wife got the falafel (which I think is dry tasting everywhere) and she was not too happy.

I’ve been coming to this location for years. The staff is hardworking and I appreciate how they push through quickly getting to everyone during the lunch rush. Fresh food and a variety of salads. I like their daily lunch specials too

I got a couple of different salads in a bowl with a glazed salmon in the side. Very delicious and a good option for healthy eating.
