The older guy on the counter is so unprofessional and the team is unhygienic. They use their bare hands after touching money and the guy is SO impatient and inconsiderate.

A shame to east coast Donairs.. Long sliced red unions. Not diced white unions.. Water soaked Tomatoes.. Was the worst ever. Was dominated by Indian food.. Nothing east coast.. Do not recommend.

The donair was amazing! I got the spicy one last night and loved it. The price was fair and it was loaded with meaty goodness. It would of been better without the peppers thought they gave a weird texture/flavour to the wrap. Overall kinda staff and quick food. The place looks a bit dated but that's fine. Tons of menu items

Why is there cheese and lettuce on the Donair, even though you don't advertise that? Why was my large not put on the grill at all, while tmy wife's regular was? Why was my meat cold? Really poor job folks.
Edit so after sitting with it a little longer and taking the product apart, I had to come back and drop to one star.
The meat - clearly product similar to a frozen Donair kit from a supermarket - thin identical strips, not even separated from each other. Disgusting to use that in a restaurant instead of cooking the meat properly on a vertical broiler.
The tomato- thin watery slices of over ripe tomatoes instead of properly diced crisp product. Gross.
The onion - East coast Donair typically uses diced white onion. Red onion (with embarrassing knife work) doesn't make sense - it's the wrong flavour profile to pair with Donair sauce.
East Coast Donair do not have lettuce or cheese especially not wilted, watery, slightly slimy lettuce or very low quality cheese blend. Very nasty, wrong flavours for the product and poor quality ingredients.
The pita were ok. Not the best I've had, not the worst. The fact that mine wasn't put on the grill at all was a big downside. Your grill is not hot enough - my wife's pita got dry and brittle without good grill marks. Neither was well-done.
Apart from the same criticism of the awful cheese product you use, the potatoes were quite tasty, well seasoned and well cooked. They are why I initially went with 2 stars, but the Donair sins were unforgivable.
Your Donair sauce gets watered down because of the poor quality of the vegetables, which in turn makes the pita soggy. A bit of this is unavoidable, but in this case it was quite extreme. See the attached photo, with the meat removed so you can see all the poor quality ingredients used.
