I’ve been a regular customer here for quite some time, typically ordering flat whites or cortados. I really want to continue supporting this shop, but I’ve noticed some consistency issues that I think are worth mentioning.
The quality of my drinks varies significantly from visit to visit and sometimes I receive beautifully poured latte art, other times none at all. More concerning is that I occasionally need to request remakes due to bitter, over-extracted coffee. When I asked about the absence of latte art on my cortado recently, I was told the glass was too small, which confused me since I receive latte art in the same glass about half the time.
At over $6 per drink, I think it’s fair to expect consistent quality and proper technique with each order. That premium pricing should reflect the craftsmanship and expertise that sets a specialty café apart from what I could make at home. I’m hoping this feedback can help improve the experience, as I’d like to keep coming back.

do not go trap from the coffee art to chosen some of the pictures on Google like my experience I ordered two coffee and I received 2 cup of milk that is not even taste of coffee

Delightful cortado and delectable little crueller. Great way to start the day! Surface was absolutely delightful and quick on this early Saturday morning!

Interior is clean, nice and minimalistic but not comfortable to hang out or work there. It’s ok for a quick stay.
It’s located next to Indigo, easy to find.

we love our neighbourhood quantum coffeehouse! it’s ours and our dog’s favourite spot! the staff are always so warm and welcoming, happy to greet you and answer your questions. they hand out great quality dog treats and are excited to greet the pups! the coffee is always delicious and their bakery treats are exceptional! highly recommend a visit! ❤️❤️❤️
Love going there and my pups always gets a treat! My pups pull me to the stores now.

Good atmosphere and friendly people with good seating. Only reason why this wasn’t 5 stars was because there was not enough outlets to charge devices with. In cafes of this type having multiple outlets is essential and it does not seem like a very difficult change to make. Other than that I got the seasonal peppermint mocha which was good.
