Good atmosphere and friendly people with good seating. Only reason why this wasn’t 5 stars was because there was not enough outlets to charge devices with. In cafes of this type having multiple outlets is essential and it does not seem like a very difficult change to make. Other than that I got the seasonal peppermint mocha which was good.

Great customer service and excellent coffee. I have a bag of their Riserva and medium roast coffee and both are fresh and flavourful.

Coffee is good. But staff always has a negative energy. I'll go to De Mello instead, they like me

The coffee is pretty acidic for my taste, but the service and atmosphere are always excellent. It's a favourite spot amongst friends though, so I think I may be the odd one out, lol.

I ordered a medium oat milk latte. When the barista called out “medium latte” I asked her if she used oat milk in it (usually they say medium oat milk latte). But when I asked her she said “yes it’s oat milk” but the way she said it and the face she made led me to believe it wasn’t actually oat milk.
At the sugar station I smelled it and it smelled like milk… but why would the barista lie??? So I took a tiny sip and immediately knew it was cows milk. I brought it over to her and said this isn’t oat milk and she said yeah it’s not.
Ummmmm… who does that? Luckily I’m not a vegan or allergic to dairy — I just really hate the taste of cows milk and haven’t drank it since I was like 5 years old. But this is a huge red flag and unacceptable. What if I was deathly allergic?

Did not enjoy the coffee at all. Aside from the price point, it just wasn’t good.

9 dollar latte. Ridiculous even for Toronto
My cortado looked like this, and this place seem to hate their jobs and their customers for $6-7 coffee

Quantum was a favorite at their other location, and with time I just stopped going and at this point I don’t know why.
After two extremely solid Iced Americanos I have to give them credit again. Even the chocolate croissant was good, let them toast it and the crisp and warm chocolate was delicious.
Highly recommend Quantum to coffee enjoyers, the iced americano was a smooth nutty and sweet taste almost in terms of the blend. Loved it, didn’t have to add cream or milk at all.

Met up with a friend at The Well today while looking for a coffee spot. Loved the warm atmosphere and friendly staff. I tried the almond croissant—10/10 for its rich flavor and perfect taste. Highly recommend!
