Ramen Buta-Nibo Reviews
One of the best ramen I've had.
Coming from Singapore & having travelled in Japan and eaten a wide variety of Ramen in Tokyo, the ramen served at Buta Ramen is comparable to the delicious bowls from Tokyo & tastes better than many of the ramens I have had in SG. (We we’re at their Halifax outlet which has a very understated outdoor appearance & very little branding so it was easy to miss but it’s located very close to the Dalhousie campus, along Morris Street. They have other outlets elsewhere eg Dartmouth.)...read full review
Staff is so rude, the girl said I don’t care and it’s not my priority, as I waited 25 to do Uber delivery.
To make it worse, I asked her to be nice, she said if you don’t like it go , I don’t care

Ramen Buta-Nibo is a Japanese restaurant that serves generous portions of jiro-style ramen at an affordable price. The restaurant offers a unique ordering system where customers use their phones to place orders. The broth is slightly mild, but the rich flavors of the pork and noodles make up for it. The noodles are chewy and substantial, and the dish is balanced with a good balance of flavors and textures. Customers can enjoy a Japan-like environment and can choose the richness of the soup base, including a spicy option with less fat and regular garlic. The restaurant is a popular choice among locals, with customers praising the delectable and umami-rich flavors of the original buta ramen, as well as the generous portions of the cold dipping noodle dish.
