Ramen Station – A Must-Visit in Toronto’s Chinatown!
I recently visited Ramen Station on a freezing day (hello, -20°C wind chill!), and it was the perfect remedy for the cold. Located at 361 Spadina Ave., this cozy spot serves up some of the best ramen I’ve had in the city.
🍜 Miso Ramen
The broth is incredibly rich and flavorful, made from pork bones, trotters, and chicken feet. It’s thick, collagen-packed, and warms you up from the inside out. The noodles are perfectly cooked, and the chashu + soft-boiled egg make it a complete meal.
🍗 Karaage (Fried Chicken)
Crispy, juicy, and not greasy at all. A great side dish to complement the ramen.
🥟 Gyoza (Pan-Fried Dumplings)
These were a highlight! Thin, crispy bottoms with a flavorful filling. Dip them in the vinegar sauce for an extra kick.
✨ Standout Feature: FREE REFILLS on their house-made plum juice! It’s sweet, tangy, and the perfect palate cleanser between bites.
The prices are very reasonable (~$15 per bowl), and the portions are generous. The service is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting.
If you’re in Toronto and craving authentic, comforting ramen, Ramen Station is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back to try their Creamy Mushroom Vege Ramen and Black Tonkotsu Ramen next time!

In my opinion, this is an underrated ramen spot, really good place especially in the night on a cold day, you can look out the window with a good view as you eat your food. The food itself is pretty good, the ramen broth, depending on which one you get is pretty good. It’s a pretty huge portion so you definitely want to make sure you can finish it. The meat in it is pretty average, not incredibly tasty.

This small but cozy ramen spot offers a warm atmosphere, attracting a diverse crowd of young professionals and international students.
This time, we ordered the black pepper short rib ramen and Japanese miso pork ramen, along with a side of pan-fried dumplings and fried chicken. The portions were generous—perfect for big appetites or sharing.
Noodles & Toppings: The noodles had a great chewy texture, and both the short ribs and miso pork were well-seasoned. The soft-boiled egg was cooked just right.
Broth Flavor: The chicken broth was light and refreshing, which I personally preferred, while the miso broth had a slight spicy kick—great for those who enjoy bolder flavors.
The fried chicken was a solid choice—crispy outside, juicy inside. A small tweak? Serving the mayo on the side would be even better.
A Pleasant Surprise- They offer unlimited plum juice—a nostalgic treat that instantly brings back our childhood memories ( hailed from Shanghai China)
Their staff were friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and fluent in both Chinese and English.
We Left the restaurant feeling full and content—a satisfying meal in every way.

dt delicious Japanese ramen
🍜Hell Tomato Fat Beef💰15.99
Spicy beef noodles🐂The tomato acidity is not high, but the spiciness is enough🔥
The soup is thick. The soup is thick.
Every noodle can be wrapped
It feels like boiling hot pot to the last essence and then cooking noodles
A must-try if you can eat spicy food❗️
The noodles are Japanese-style ramen. They are curved and well coated in sauce.
🍜Cream Mushrooms💰15.99
Creamy mushroom noodle soup ordered by vegetarians🉑
The soup base is thick and the chopped mushrooms melt into the soup and it’s really delicious.
I love the soft-boiled eggs too😍
If you can't eat spicy food, you must order this bowl.
Sour plum juice is free, sweet, and can be refilled ❗️

OMG this is my favorite Ramen place!! I mostly come by myself and I am always greeted with friendly servers. One time I dropped by at 10:35 pm famished, past their last call, and they just took my hungry arse in the cold, and fed me the best Ramen I ever had!! I am still dreaming about that Tonkostsu broth.
Great service at this very average joint. The broth was not very rich, but I appreciated that it wasn’t very salty. The quality of products did not feel very high. Flavours were average.

The overall dishes look fine, but tastes super oily, price was too high and portion of rice was too small, albeit it serves hot.

Got off at my stop hungry and saw this place, and decided to check it out. Immediately going through the front door I was greeted, given a pitcher of lemon water and a menu even though I was planning on using the QR code menu as someone who was tired at the time. I got the tonkotsu ramen with extra spicy, and takoyaki. Once I was served the broth was hot, noodles were looking good and the aroma of the ramen just warmed my face. First bite and instantly realized how spicy it was. Keep in mind I'm Mexican and I grew up loving spicy food this certainly had a kick. Then came the takoyaki, and honestly I wish it was a bit more cooked because my chop sticks would just squish it but had a good flavor overall. My total came out to be $25 and in my opinion it's worth every penny.
