Just picked up some fresh and frozen beef empanadas along with some of mama's fire sauce from the ottawa street farmers market. 100% the best I've had. You can really taste the love put into this delicious food. I will be buying from this vendor everytime they make their way back to hamilton. Thank you for all that your family does.

We love the empanadas at the Real Empanada Corporation! They are absolutely delicious (even my three year old is obsessed with them). My favourite is the chicken although the cheese is a very close second. My husband loves the beef. We have been buying them at the Connon’s Farmers Market in Waterdown and we go every Saturday we are in the area specifically to buy the empanadas. The customer service is fantastic and we hope to be able to visit any other farmers markets they are available at in the future. I am currently planning a day to drive an hour to Toronto to visit their physical store location for more precooked frozen empanadas (because an hour drive is well worth it they are that good!).

These are the best veg/ vegan empanadas I’ve ever had in my life! I get them every Saturday at the Connon nursery winter market in Watertown ON,Luis and Pat run the stand there and are some of the best people I’ve met! AMAZING customer service, they will provide an awesome description of all their products along with samples!! They definitely add to the experience! If you’re ever in town on Saturday you should definitely check them out for a delicious treat. The salsa is also 10/10 delicious and fresh!!

This product is excellent, but unfortunately the service attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Despite its quality, the overall experience is marred by poor customer service. Dundas location at 1:30pm (February 10th) The customer service was poor. I will try again but if I see the same attitude I will look for another person who will make me happy when a product comes to me.

Very disappointed with the empanadas. Terrible, terrible, terrible. A super thick dough, not crunchy at all (they sent something old and reheated) a filling of pure potatoes and filthy masacotudo. Nothing to do with traditional Colombian empanadas.I don't understand if they just send something overheated and old or if they don't fry them in oil and use an air fryer. In any case, the disappointment was very great and the quality is terrible for the price. I feel cheated having paid $70 to end up throwing half of the empanadas in the trash because they were so bad. They should be ashamed to send something old and so bad. Never more.

Empanadas are delicious and 3 for $10 is very reasonable. I highly recommend for a quick snack.

I have eaten empanadas before, but this was the first time I ate a gluten free version. I believe the casing is made out of masa (corn) flour. I was happy to find that they have vegan options: Veggie and Beyond meat. Appreciate that the business owner thought of making vegan options available, and has advertised it clearly on their website and at the store. I called ahead of time, for a pick up of 18 Empanadas and happened to speak with the owner, Richard. The order was ready on time, which was excellent. The empanadas were flavourful and so was the Salsa sauce. It complimented the empanada so well. The service was great!Dietary restrictions: Vegan

Delicious empanadas. We ordered them for delivery. Super allergy-friendly - we appreciated the full ingredients list and allergy considerations that they printed and sent along with the food. Superb service that puts the mind at ease and allows us to simply enjoy.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-friendly and allergy friend. Servers were knowledgable about the ingredients. The drawback for me is none of their empanadas are made on site, they make them at their Scarborough location, keep them in the freezer, heat them up in the morning and reheat per order. The filling is quite mushy and the corners of the dough are hard. Was compelled to give it a try based on the high ratings, couldn't agree more with the other review on low value (3 for $10 or 1 for $4...). Have one for yourself though, I appreciate the gluten-free dough/vegan options

I was lucky enough to find the food truck at a festival and finally got to try the vegan, vegetarian and cheese empanadas!! So good!

Empanadas have quickly become one of my new favourite delicacies! I'm a big fan of pastries/food with filling (samosas, Jamaican patties etc). The fillings I tried included chicken, cheese and I think beef? I forgot what my last filling was. Anyways, the cheese was definitely the most tasty filling for me.All of the crusts were super well prepared and tasty.I'm not sure if Empanadas are supposed to be an appetizer/entree or a meal. For me, I definitely feel like it's a snack. I personally would need at least 6 empanadas before feeling full.

These empanadas are simply the best! Authentic Columian empanadas with the most perfect shell and delicious fillings ( I tried the beef and the chicken)! It's so good you don't even need the salsa that comes with it! They have a stall at the Wednesday Farmers Market at Nathan Phillips Square, if you're downtown.Kid-friendliness: Kids will love the whole Farmers Market vibe.Wheelchair accessibility: The Farmers Market stall is barrier free.
