Unhygienic!! The owners at least need to train their employees to use gloves and hair mask while preparing the drink. I observed for 5 minutes, they’re using bare hands for everything from taking an order, opening a door & chopping fruits.

One of the best juice shops I've visited! I tried Choco maca , it was amazing and very delicious. The service was top-notch — the girl name sayma behind the counter was attentive, efficient, and maintained a friendly attitude throughout .the place was clean, organized. I’ll definitely be coming back!

On April 26th, there were three female staff members working. I wanted to order a matcha drink, but as a foreigner, I found the menu difficult to understand. I thought I needed to choose the components for the matcha frappé, so I looked at the menu and asked for it with almond milk. However, one of the staff members said she didn’t understand. I kindly used a translator on my phone to show her, but without even looking, she kept repeating that she didn’t understand. I just asked for a regular matcha frappé instead. As I went to pay, she walked away to make the drink, and loudly mocked me in their language right in front of me, pretending I was speaking nonsense like “blablablablabla,” and laughed with the other staff members. I almost cried. I’m 17 years old and haven’t been in Canada for long. Three adults made me feel so humiliated. Because of them, I now feel traumatized whenever I have to place an order.

I come here a lot. Every single time I come to the eaton centre location I get this hand written sign. Unprofessional, and always longer than 5 mins. Currently have been standing here now for 20. In this time alone, you have lost nearly 15 customers who stop by and give up the wait. I get it people need a break, we are human, but maybe have another staff member? Or at least give a time of return if actually longer than 5 mins. Thanks!
I went to the Scarborough town center location and there drink doesn't make sense. I order the fresh mango slush. I wasn't asked if I wanted any topping in it. But they put it in anyway. The mango slush it self was good. But some of there jelly toppings weren't cut properly, some wouldn't fit in the jumbo straw.

The worst of all the new ''health food'' places that popped out in recent years .Their so called ''natural juices '' are beyond disgusting .They have no flavour ,repulsive smell and health benefits at all .All they give you is diarrhea .I tried 4 of them - ''Kale Kraze '' ,''Power Punch '' ,''Supa Green '' and ''DTX '' and I will never drink it again .
The service is even worse than the garbage they peddle .Bearded weirdo ignoring customers ,talking on the phone ,even while he serves .
He can't even answers the basics questions I asked .
Avoid this place at all costs .They are highly overpriced and their products are repulsive .
