The buffet is not that great in my opinion compared to other hotels but the food quality is consistent with the brand. The à la carte has sweet and salty and is not bad at all. The Benedict has a great poached egg and great smoked salmon. The avocado toast isn’t my favorite as you don’t get chunks of avocado. The bread pudding sweet breakfast was great. You can either eat at the buffet, eat a la carte or take the coffee and pastry to go in the area with a piano/bar. The service was pretty good, so I’d give it another go for dinner, lunch or breakfast.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available with a decent selection. Service is also very kid friendly.

The service levels are exceptional high and very professional. They menu has something for everyone. Our mains was the PEI lobster linguine. The lobster was abundant and perfectly cooked. The fresh pasta and outstanding sauce made for a perfect meal. We paired this with French Chablis. Perfect match. I love the interior decor and layout. There are multiple rooms and spaces so the noise levels are quite low. Very romantic.

Was staying at the hotel however had an absolutely horrible experience at Reign!Waiter did not seem to be bothered to listen at all!He walked away as I ordered every time then asked what was it that I needed when he returned after missing things I asked for.My bill was over $450 as we ordered multiple drinks, bottles and some bites that afternoon therefore that should have shown something even though I believe all tables should be treated the same no matter how much they order!

I really enjoyed the beets and blackberries with it. Portion size, particularly with the sides, was slightly lacking. Incredible room, such great ambiance. Fantastic place to go on date night if you want something quiet, flavourful and to be treated very well. We've been there twice and both times our servers were excellent... the first time with Muhammed and the second time with Ava. Maybe the best duck I've ever had and the Cornish hen is awesome too. We can't wait to go back.
