Went on Saturday night and there was a mouse running around in the main sitting area, despite there being a decent amount of people here. Reported it to the bartender who said he'd tell management (we switched seats and watched the spot it was running-- nobody did anything while we were there).
Awful experience, waited an hour for nachos that were stone cold - they were clearly left sitting in the window and no one bothered to bring them out until we asked AN HOUR LATER
I don’t know how this place is being managed but no one seems to know what tables they’re assigned to or how to take food out before it gets cold…
We should have left after we watched several other couples get fed up and leave without being served

bartender was absolutely amazing. Monique handled orders like a pro. she worked so hard and any customer should appreciate that. Only bought more because she was absolutely amazing. Security was great too. lynne bea zowe on security were great too. i’m so grateful for all of them especially the bartender for the best experience in toronto!!!
