My buddy and I stopped in for a drink after a busy day. We were greeted by Christina at the bar. She was extremely friendly and was immediately made us feel welcome. This unfortunately is not the norm these days. Thanks

Didn't actually get to eat here. Sat at a table, ignored for 20 minutes and then a server said "I didn't notice you here" after having made eye contact with her a number of times. Used to be okay here, but the service is so awful.

The ambience is good and the location convenient. Ordered the Steak Fries with a side of truffle fries and 1/2 ribs. The steak was of average quality and quite chewy but the fries were excellent. The ribs were decent, flavoured well and fries again were very good. Must recommend the cheesy garlic pan bread. The servers took a long time to come to our table and went promptly to the one in front and behind. We finally got service, however the server seemed very miffed with the very decent tip we left her and just walked away without saying a thanks or a bye. Entitled and pathetic behaviour like this is rampant and very clear at Jack Astor's today. Hope they have better serve staff in the future.

The food is consistently excellent regardless of what you order. Service was slow while the restaurant was not busy. Water refills took excessively long to bring to the table. There was a lack of napkins and no wet wipes at the table even after ordering the sauced up chicken fingers which can get messy! The rewards app mentions there is a birthday surprise for members and yet the server didn't do anything or even mention anything about it even after knowing we were there celebrating a Birthday. FOOD 5 Stars because it ever disappoints.SERVICE 2 Stars because they were polite and friendly but lacked any quick efficiency.

We visited this restaurant for lunch. Overall it was quite underwhelming. The food was mediocre bar food, except one person in our party had the chicken nachos and loved them. The alcoholic drinks were weak and a bit watered down. And the service was inattentive. Nothing was terrible, but nothing was great either.

I started going to RJ a few years back since it's close to work.... Seriously, you can't find this quality of food at a food court. Curry turkey is one the best, and their turkey dinner is so hearty I often get it to go so I can fall right to sleep after. try their turkey curry, it is full of ingredients and not some runny curry you may find at fast food resturants. Highly recommended

It's looks awkwardly dated and run down, but it's the only food court restaurant I've been to that you can get an entire turkey dinner for like $7.00. Everything tastes relatively homemade... the stuffing is always my favorite part.

I ordered a chicken panini. What I got was a circular piece of stale, luke warm, deep fried yesterday, frozen chicken "meat" on a slightly larger than average cheap hot dog bun with a slice of Kraft processed cheese and an anemic swipe of out of the can spaghetti sauce. It was truly vile. I couldn't eat it and returned it to the counter. I told them it was horrible and they seemed genuinely surprised.. shows what they think good food must be. Not this. My stomach still turns thinking about it and it was days ago.
