The Pilot is a popular spot that offers great food and nice service. On Saturdays, it features live jazz music from 3pm to 5pm. Their menu has a good selection, including the Classic Eggs Benny with unforgettable home fries. The cocktails, such as the Trinidad Sour and Screwball White Russian, are boozy and well-balanced. The staff were really friendly and professional, though service can sometimes be a little slow. The atmosphere was comfortable, but it can get difficult to hear each other speak with music playing.
