The birria tacos are definitely something I’ll keep coming back for! The steak was so yummy too. We also ordered the chicharrón tacos (I think that’s what they were called), and those were delicious as well. Great vibe and really tasty tacos overall!
It was our first time at Rosas and after all the hype we've heard from friends about this place, I'm glad I finally got a chance to check it out for myself.
We ordered the tacos platter (3 types, 12 tacos) i.e. al pastor, grilled shrimp and baja fish, the birria empanadas, a margarita for him and a tiramisu espresso martini for myself. The food and service were AMAZING, and we truly enjoyed our time. One area that could be improved is the music—some of the transitions between songs weren't very smooth, and felt very abrupt. Aside from that, everything was wonderful.
