The matcha is amazing! Especially paired with the mousse. I also really enjoyed the mango chunk items but one less star because every time I have visited this location their service is slow. Especially if someone has ordered a glass bear, it will take a long time for them to prepare.

Outstanding selection of teas and "fresh milks" - fave is mango / coconut. Includes option for "0 calorie sweetener" which is gamechanging. I spent many days here studying for the GMAT peacefully and productively. There is almost always seating available from opening at noon all the way to 6 or 7, after which it gets only slightly busy.

The drink hand-crushed lychee lemon fusion didn't really taste like anything. Maybe I’ll try another drink next time
The guy just puts the drink and didn't call anyone. And the drink was sitting there for 15 mins, while everyone that ordered after us was called. Weird because we are literally in front of the cashier and he said he called us.

Since they have to offer decent wireless fidelity, I have just begun coming here for three days in a row since I truly appreciate it. I feel so at ease and the environment is just ideal because my laptop can be used here thanks to the charger. When I fail to bring my own laptop charger, the staff is really kind and eager to give me one. They have good food, beverages, and service, too. Since my friends and I are Deaf, they are really kind to us! I highly recommend you to come here! Trust me, you will enjoy here!

Oh wow! Really, it's worth the detour?. There are lots of bubble tea places, but this one is by far the best I've tasted .
The service! No. 1, the waitress was alone, but she took the time to serve everyone with a smile. Be patient for a few minutes, and you will have the chance to enjoy a delicious Bubble tea!

My favourite bubble tea store in Toronto. Lots of unique menu items and surprisingly reasonable prices all things considered. My one nitpick is the washrooms, there are two single-occupancy washrooms but they are still gendered for some reason. Would be better if they were both gender neutral.
