I usually get the mala soup base at a level 2. I've been twice so far and its been consistently delicious each time. Its great how theres a customizable sauce bar and a large selection of protein and veges to add.
I love all the veggies available, I usually make myself a super healthy bowl of soup with the 2nd least mild beef bone broth. Delicious!!! Everything is always fresh and they do all the cooking for you so you just eat =). Good selection of dipping sauce ingredients too. You can get your own water from the fridge.

Had best Malatang here! Ingredients were so fresh, and soup was perfectly seasoned with right amt of spice (for me ?). I ordered medium spice lvl and it was really good! I liked that soup wasn't too greasy with good amt of saltiness. If you love malatang go hereee!+its in dt Chinatown so parking will be difficult.+pick up ingredients first and bring up to the front and tell the server what soup base you want. If you can't tolerate spice, there's tomato soup base.
