Was incredibly impressed with the service here on a Sunday night. Friendly, fast service plus delicious food. They should give Max a raise!!

On New Year’s Eve, I went to this bar with two of my friends. Around 12:20 a.m., I left to bring my girlfriend to join us. I returned at 1:20 a.m. and was met with rude and bizarre behavior from the security guards at the entrance. When I asked to go inside, one of them came over and said my girlfriend couldn’t come in. That night, the three of us had spent over $200 at this bar. When I told the guard I wanted to go back in, he started pushing me out and aggressively lunged at me.
I will never return to this bar. Their behavior was truly disgraceful.
Had dinner and drinks. My server was never to be seen and very passive aggressive to me and my friends. He made us feel judged and an inconvenience the whole night. As well, I had the French Dip and it was extremely salty to the point that I didn’t finish my meal. The drinks were good but not enough to make another trip worth it. Overall not happy with the experience and don’t want to go back.

Try the chicken pot pie, the crust is reminiscent of a flaky beef patty - yummy, yummy, Chef Darium. The fried crispy chicken sandwich is another winner, pair it with a salad for a full meal.
Get the keylime pie, it's delicious! Shout out to chef Marco.

Love the Wings, good place to hang.
Food was truly not edible. Pork that tasted like candy, way too much sugar!

Been to Ruby SOHO a dozen times now, and the food has been consistent … every time. Sunday Brunch always hits the spot. Recently went for lunch and tried the beef dip sandwich and I was not disappointed. Big up to Sous Chef D.B, and the rest of the chefs for consistently delivering great tasting meals.

The food and atmosphere are really good too, but the service made it for us. We’re in town for T Swift and the hostesses and server went out of their way to learn my kids’ names and make them bracelets with their names on them! Pretty incredible. Also attentive and good service in all the normal ways. Ruby Soho is great.

I don’t know why I keep going here and expecting it to be any different. Had brunch here, was okay at best. Definitely recommend other places for brunch over Ruby Soho.
Basic brunch; no alternatives to basic white bread when I asked. Asked to make a small change on order and was told “the kitchen doesn’t take well to making changes” no decaf alternatives, cold potato wedges.
I’ll stick to getting cocktails here only.

Great service, drinks were taking longer than anticipated. We didn’t even think it was too long but they comped our drinks. Food was fantastic as well. Would go back again and again.

Saul and the manager at the time were great. Nachos were dry but he helped us out and offered drinks on the house for the trouble. Great service, Great drink!
