Went here for lunch and to he honest it was kinda gross. They really need to clean - there is grime everywhere. Windows, the bathrooms the floors and there are flies everywhere…….

I ordered a to go Vietnamese coffee cold I have had it before but this time it was terrible it was made with stale burnt coffee, tasted awful, no coconut milk or condensed milk an absolute zero value for money

Found this adorable cafe while walking around the area! The cafe was super cozy with people were working, reading, or enjoying the vibes. A couple of people were having the matcha and had to try it for myself! Sadly it didn’t live up to expectations, as it was super milky :(
Otherwise, the staff were super lovely and atmosphere was great. I would have stayed longer and had food if there was better matcha.

Got the iced matcha latte with sweetener on a hot day. Honestly thought it just tasted like regular milk with a matcha powder aftertaste. Place does not have air conditioning either so it was quite hot. Staff was friendly!

Its warm on a hot day but the drinks are fanastic. Loved the pandan matcha and the chae siu bahn mi. The taste on the chocolate hocjicha cookie was light and not too sweet. Besides the heat inside the seating is cozy and great for conversation or a nice cozy view of the k-town.

Best Bahn Mi I have had. The bread was nice and crusty, the sandwich was generously stuffed with all the goodies. I made mine spicy and it was spiced just right. Added a matcha pandam style and it was the perfect meal.
