Great food, awesome staff, cute interior but man it is COLD. Management needs to get some space heaters in here or something. I asked staff if it’s always this cold and they said yes, that most of them wear layers just to work indoors. Doesn’t seem right and isn’t inviting. Help us all out with some heat!

Rustle & Still is one of my favourite places for food in the Annex! The staff are so friendly and caring and the food is consistently great! A cute place to sit and eat and meet with a friend, not to mention amazing coffee!

there has been a serious drop in quality for their viet coffees. i’ve been coming here for about 3 or 4 years now for their yummy food, viet coffee, and friendly service. while everything else has been consistent the coffee has gotten weaker and weaker to the point where i was basically served a very weak coffee with steamed coconut milk and condensed milk last time as my “classic viet coffee”.

food and service are wonderful, but couldnt really recommend their viet coffee any longer

The staff here are the absolute best. Love the matcha pandan.

I ordered for pick up. When picking up the sandwich, I got there and they were faster than usual. I stepped outside to eat the sandwich and it was ice cold and the bread was stale. This was very disappointing

Ordered an iced pandan matcha latte but it just tasted like milk not sure why as it wasn’t like that before when I had it. Could not taste a hint of pandan at all or matcha which was disappointing. I also got their purple sweet potato croissant which was delicious especially when heated up. The lemongrass bahn mi was good. In terms of the atmosphere it is quite cozy with lots of plants and natural lighting. But the washroom area is a bit messy and not very clean. I understand that the staff may be busy but I think its also important to note these small things to improve a customer’s overall experience.

Definitely a varied experience here. As a person who enjoys bánh mì, these were just alright for the price. The flavours were innovative, but a little much at times. However, the wait time was a bit atrocious. We had waited for almost 30 minutes for our 1 item orders while others who ordered after us had gotten their order first. The highlight was the matcha pandan, and honestly what brings us back. The atmosphere as well was fantastic and great for a study session. Overall, the drinks were the only highlight of this cafe.

Best Matcha! Try the Matcha Pandan!
Service is always so friendly and attentive. Great Banh Mi.
Even though there's limited seating, I almost always find somewhere to sit.
The only only only thing is that sometimes the temperature in there is very warm or very humid.
Still 100% recommend!

This place does coffee right: a smooth, velvety cappuccino and standout baked goods. The almond croissant was fresh and shatteringly flaky, with a toasty, not-too-sweet filling. Cozy vibe and genuinely friendly staff make it an easy place to linger.

Loved the bo kho; it was rich, flavorful, and comforting. The filtered coffee was amazing, and the cozy vibes made it a great spot to relax. I also really liked how they made good use of the space for seating. The mild hot sauce was my favorite- it was actually quite spicy for a mild and added the perfect kick to the meal. The only downside was the bread, which was a bit harder than usual. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely come back for the stew and coffee.
