there has been a serious drop in quality for their viet coffees. i’ve been coming here for about 3 or 4 years now for their yummy food, viet coffee, and friendly service. while everything else has been consistent the coffee has gotten weaker and weaker to the point where i was basically served a very weak coffee with steamed coconut milk and condensed milk last time as my “classic viet coffee”.

food and service are wonderful, but couldnt really recommend...

Ordered an iced pandan matcha latte but it just tasted like milk not sure why as it wasn’t like that before when I had it. Could not taste a hint of pandan at all or matcha which was disappointing. I also got their purple sweet potato croissant which was delicious especially when heated up. The lemongrass bahn mi was good. Definitely a varied experience here. As a person who enjoys bánh mì, these were just alright for the price. The flavours were innovative, but a little much at times. However, the wait time was a bit atrocious. We had waited for almost 30 minutes for our 1 item orders while others who ordered after us had gotten their order first.
