I really like the salad with chicken it's a fair deal and quality ingredients. After spending $17 for a meal half as good as this down the street, I prefer SALAD DAYS.. closed at 5, not 8 like it says.. wish open later, would have saved me $10 tonight!!

I had the meatballs (which were bland) and rice (which was hard and tasteless, almost cracked a tooth on a piece of rice). The lettuce was soggy and the tomatoes were under ripe. I won’t be going back any time soon.

This place offers varieties of salad with decent quality. The portion of their salad is huge at a very cheap price. The ingredients of the salad are rich. My favourite here is their specialty Cobb salad and the smoked salmon salad.

TL;DR: Gross, bland food. Disorganized service. Menu is unclear. Salad dressing options are not listed in writing, servers don't know what the dressings are. Server was acting as though I was an inconvenience when I asked for the lunch special but with kale.

There are two locations for Salad Days in this area. And also, there's a place called Salad House. Two salad days are oddly different in terms of quality of food, quantity of food, and the price of daily special. They were the identical menu, but the price was different. Regardless, not a fan. I'd recommend Salad house! Much better than Salad Days.
