I’ve come here twice now and both times the customer service has been really disappointing. I walk in (sometimes the only person there) and the staff are very inattentive. This morning, there were THREE guys behind the counter just talking, and not one of them said “hi” or “can I help you?” I had to walk up, stare at them to try to get their attention, and eventually had to interrupt their conversation just to place my order.
Greeting your customers and taking their orders is just basic customer service. Also the last time I came, the employee made me wait while he finished cleaning to serve me.
Again, no one else was in the store, and only after he finished what he was doing, did he take my order knowing I was there waiting.
Come on, guys. This place is know for theirs great options, it sucks that the staff is inattentive.

Great coffee, cool spot - came towards the end of the day and got some free baked goods
I visited for the first time and ordered the iced vanilla latte with oat milk and it was absolutely delicious till the last sip. As a frequent coffee drinker, I highly recommend it!

Good coffee, beans were a bit on a lighter side, but latte done well.

Coffee was overpriced and underflavored. The waitress also was very condescending when I requested that my drink which was in a mug be transferred to a to-go cup, especially considering that I ordered a togo cup initially. Will not be coming back here, there are better coffee shops to spend a Saturday
