Maple Pecan Crunch

A Pint of Maple Pecan Crunch.Deep maple flavour extracted from a generous amount of real 100% Ontario maple syrup is added into a thick base of ice cream. Mexican pecans are salted and toasted in small batches and made into a crunchy salted brittle. Then what some may call ‘too-many' pecan pieces are thrown in so each bite has both a profoundly rich and robust maple flavour and the satisfying crunch of toasted pecan pieces.

West Coast Salted Caramel

Caramel has the special property of being one of the ‘classic 4' ice cream flavours and being able to be made so much better when salt is added to it. We make our own caramel using a simple but clever caramel recipe and then add it to the base until the perfect caramel flavour comes out.We then add one of the best sea salts in Canada – a Maple Smoke Sea Salt from the Vancouver Island Sea Salt company, which perfectly finishes the ice cream with subtle maple and smoke notes.

A Pint of Honey Vanilla Ice Cream. Our Honey Vanilla is our first ever ice cream flavour from 1989. The genius of this flavour is in two simple parts. First, use just the right amount of honey to bring a special complexity in the ice cream base that is nuanced and rich all in one. Secondly, and critically, add in just about the best possible 100% real vanilla you can find. This we do in spades. It's no surprise that for over 30 years, it's also been our most resoundingly popular flavour.

A mélange of different milk and dark chocolates bring a velvet smooth, milky, and rich chocolate taste.Fully sun-ripened hazelnuts from fields in Italy, Spain and Turkey are picked, shelled, and roasted to preserve all their soft fruity notes. They're then ground into a golden praline paste which is added in gobs to our chocolate mélange and blended and blended together.

A pint of our Artisanally Crafted Dulce and Banana Ice Cream.Our D&B Ice Cream is unlike any banana Ice Cream you've ever had. We marinate ripe bananas over three days, gently blend in rich Dulce de Leche, and we finish it generous swirls of Nutella.

Lemon Curd Blueberry

Nothing says fresh, bright, crisp summers like lemon curd from a lemon pie. To take that house made lemon curd and put it in ice cream is just right. Even better would be to pair it with a blend of house-made wild blueberry jam, well that would be something - something delicious.

Double Baked Apple Pie

Starting with a deeply caramelized brown butter base, we've added in copious amounts of apple pie pieces and crunchy, toasty, cinnamon-y oat streusel. The apple pie pieces have a baked cinnamon pie crust, then topped with apple pie filling and baked again. Double baked, double tasty. Now this sounds like an apple-y ever after that even Snow White would be jealous of.

Cherry Blossom

Sour Morello Cherries Pureed with a hint of Cherry Blossoms, Cherry Perserves and Belgian Ruby Chocolate Stracciatella. Refreshing, tart and very cherry.

Cajeta Swirled Goat Cheese

It's especially hard to describe robust earthy and tart flavour to goat cheese that makes it one of the most interesting and hard-to-resist cheeses. It's the perfect level of savoury that when married with the right kind of sweet – like our artisanal ice cream base, makes for a full, creamy and complex delicious flavour. We've taken it one step further and swirled in generous amounts of Cajeta, a famous Mexican type of dulce de leche which is made entirely with goat's milk.

Whispers of Saffron

A flavour so ubiquitous that its original name, Bastani, simply means ‘ice cream'. A flavour made with one of the most expensive essences – rose, only to be topped with an even more expensive spice – saffron. A flavour only completed when flakes of 28% Belgian White Chocolates are added in. A flavour so powerful, it need only whisper.

10/10 flavour bomb!!! Top is torched creme brûlée style flan with crispy torched bits, bottom part of cone is the guts with fruits and cream filling, truly such a happy feeling walking around distillery on a cold day eating this delicious dessert.

My only complaint is efficiency in preparing food, the machine broke down while we were ordering and wait became longer for everyone. Also how do you properly eat this dessert without it making a mess? The cone idea...
