Their coffee is fresh, love the London fog tea. And the atmosphere is calm and warm. If I could hug them I would but thats werid. 10/10

This location is a bit inconsistent with their service. I've had days that have been great and other days not so much. I came once during a busy hour and they had no decaf. Another time service was quite slow when it wasn't that busy. There was a broken chair and the smell of burning. Other times i have come and the quality of service was much better. Coffee and patties are good. Nice enough atmosphere. Not sure i can recommend based on the inconsistency.

Was good until the two girls that regularly work here and the guy were making fun of me, laughing at me, and talking about me in their own language (I could understand but I chose not to say anything…). I really enjoy second cup, and this behaviour and atmosphere is extremely disappointing and disgusting. I won’t be coming back here again.

Nice place! It's a second cup, a large chain so you can't expect the same experience as a local coffee shop but this location still performs well when compared. Food 9/10 good drinks, food ok. I got the seasonal blue latte (don't remember the name) and it was quite good. ambiance 10/10 large space with varied seating and isn't too loud. tech 10/10 chargers aplenty and free wifi

Loved this place but unfortunately I noticed my coffee colour getting lighter, they have only been putting in one shot of espresso in a regular caramel corretto instead of two which should have been. My coffee taste like milk, I will not be coming back.

I go here when I want to sit and work. The staff is always friendly and it’s always clean. They have outlets if you need them. You are not asked to tip on every purchase which is refreshing.

Fantastic service here. Friendly baristas. Really appreciate that they confirm any modifications made to a drink (such as non-dairy alternatives) and make sure that it's made correctly. Another nearby coffee shop (take a guess) could stand to learn a thing or to about doing that. ?

Ignoring food safety rules, they leave red velvet cake slices out in a hot display for hours without replacing it!and also have a rat/mouse and cleanliness problem. look this address up on reddit if you don’t believe me! i’ve attached some photos from the reddit thread.
