The workers are just yelling stories they can’t keep quiet for 1 minute. I ordered a latte and they weren’t bothering to make it I mentioned it again then the barista made it he was too busy talking to his coworkers.

Very bad experience, I am lactose intolerant so I asked for almond milk and they marked alm on the cup but they gave me regular milk . I consider it as a very serious issue

Such kind, helpful, and warm stuff at this location! Love the flavoured brew coffee. There is a lot of light and good seating options if you want to get some work done on your laptop. They also have a great area for outdoor seating
I had an exceptional experience at this Second Cup location and Jasmine/Jazmin (not sure the spelling of her name) was incredibly warm and kind to me. She had a vibrant smile from the moment I walked in until my drink was ready! The cafe is super spacious and inviting as well. My drink was delicious, thanks Jasmine!

I placed my order for a medium vanilla bean latte and waited and waited and waited..3 others came after me and got their drink order before me. I waited over 15 mins and it wasn't even busy. I will never be coming back here again. Many other coffee places in the area that are much better and are a similar price.
