I had an exceptional experience at this Second Cup location and Jasmine/Jazmin (not sure the spelling of her name) was incredibly warm and kind to me. She had a vibrant smile from the moment I walked in until my drink was ready! The cafe is super spacious and inviting as well. My drink was delicious, thanks Jasmine!

I placed my order for a medium vanilla bean latte and waited and waited and waited..3 others came after me and got their drink order before me. I waited over 15 mins and it wasn't even busy. I will never be coming back here again. Many other coffee places in the area that are much better and are a similar price.

This location is a bit inconsistent with their service. I've had days that have been great and other days not so much. I came once during a busy hour and they had no decaf. Another time service was quite slow when it wasn't that busy. There was a broken chair and the smell of burning. Other times i have come and the quality of service was much better. Coffee and patties are good. Nice enough atmosphere. Not sure i can recommend based on the inconsistency.
