Grabbed a large latte this morning as I was on the way out of the hospital. Drove out of the parking lot and as I took the first sip, I immediately noticed the taste was off. I took a couple of more sips to confirm my suspicion. This latte was garbage! Way under extracted and the milk was not silky smooth. Really the person who made this clearly did not know how to make latte. Wasted $6 and more importantly, I cannot trust this second cups business anymore. Disappointed big time at this location. I couldn't go back to address this garbage of a latte they served as it meant paying parking to do so. Whoever you are, you ruined my coffee enjoyment for the day.

This Second Cup is inside Sunnybrook Hospital so the environment is not the best. However, the coffee and carrot cake that I had were both very tasty. The service was quick and considerate. If you ever have to be at Sunnybrook, I'd recommend this food court café.

Your fav coffee place. They have all kinds of cookies, muffins and cakes to go with variety of coffees, tea and drinks. It’s a busy shop as it seems to be a people’s favorite. They have staff matching the energy of the place.

I came here after going to emergency for a kids hot chocolate for my son.They tried to tell me that the child had to be in the store to get the kids size drink.I can appreciate that rule however there is nothing written anywhere that says that. Even on the menu it does not label kids under 12 only or that the child has to be present.I had 2 adult coffees from Tim hortons, had just finished with emergency, I had a worried child in the car .most importantly I've never heard that rule, I have gotten kids hot chocolate from second cup many times without my child.If they want to make that rule that's fine but post a sign, don't have people stand in line for 15 min and then try and tell them no.They ended up giving it to me because I pointed out there was nothing that labeled that children had to be present to get this product but it was an unnecessary hassel especially for just finishing in emergency.
