Not only does the coffee generally taste bad, but today without telling me I got a hazelnut coffee when I asked for a coffee, which is a tree nut that would kill me. Spent my whole break for class waiting for this coffee because I’m tired and then had to throw it out. There are two good employees only and I don’t know their names. I don’t want to use my real name, but I won’t come back. It’s more expensive for a medium coffee there than an extra large at Tim’s right down the road — and there’s no chance for accidental manslaughter when I go to Tim’s.

The price was not shown anywhere so you will be surprised when you pay.
Dimension and ingredients are quite impressive for the price. One little piece of red pepper was a bonus.
This might be just my personal experience though your sandwich might be bigger or cheaper.
Big ripoff but might come back when I’m desperate.

don’t get the matcha latte. it just tastes like watered down, slightly sweetened milk. there was a pool of undissolved matcha at the bottom of the my cup.
salads are alright.
food is definitely not worth the price. way too overpriced for how crap the food is.

Long lines (10-15 minutes) and terrible drinks. I don't think I've ever enjoyed the Second Cup drink selection, but it's the only convenient place to get a drink on campus. I typically order an iced matcha latte, cause it's one of the few drinks on the menu I tolerate. However, it's usually warm to the touch despite having a ton of ice cubes in it, which is absolutely perplexing. Try to get a drink on your way to campus - avoid this Second Cup because it's not worth your time or money!

Everything here is priced much higher than its value. I don't mind paying more for drinks if they are made well, and I don't mind waiting in line for 10-15 minutes, but to do that all to receive a poorly made drink with poor customer service? I've tried multiple drinks from this Second Cup. No matter what I order, it always seems to be poorly mixed and somehow made with a different consistency every time. Many of the workers barely interact with customers, save for the rare few who smile and greet me.
Thing is, the other Second Cups on campus seem to have better service than this one. I'm not sure if it's because it's constantly busy here or simply because they are not trained well enough, but if you have the choice, please don't order here. Save yourself the headache.
