This place was completely disgusting the food was over priced and the quality was completely nasty. If I had read reviews on this i wouldn't have brought here. Union station shouldn't allow this quality of food absolutely bad. You have been warned not every that glitters is gold yuck!!!!!!

Actually got into an argument with the cashier over Soy sauce. I work in and out of Union Station and they lost a customer who would frequently return over TWO packets of soy sauce!!!

I had food gear when I got down at union station. I would say it’s average or below average kind of a place and I think there are more better options than this place for sure is same vicinity.

Excelente opción to grab a tasty, somehow healthy, not over the top expensive lunch while waitinf for the train.
Personnal is asian so be extra patient with understanding the language to avoid conflicts of communication.

Food was served cold. The rice was the only thing barely warm. Very bizarre. I'd avoid this place at all costs and save your money.

My recent visit to Shanghai 360, located in the food court, was extremely disappointing. I would like to offer this feedback in the hopes that management can make some changes to improve their operations.
First, the restaurant had run out of several menu items, which is understandable, but the way it was handled was not. There was a lack of clear communication about what was unavailable.
More critically, there were serious issues with billing. I was double-charged for my order and when I tried to resolve the issue with the staff, they seemed unwilling or unable to help. There was a language barrier, which made communication difficult, and the staff's attitude was unhelpful and dismissive.
It's essential for a business to be able to handle customer service issues and to have a reliable billing system. I ended up paying for an order that was incorrect and overcharged, and I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of.
I hope Shanghai 360 will address these significant problems with their inventory management, point-of-sale system, and staff training, especially in customer service and communication.

Food is very good. Attitude of MOST servers also good but one server today was fresh and because I am Filipina and a short person, she made fun of me (imitated my voice in a song-song way several times) in a demeaning manner while I was placing my order. She might have thought doing this was okay because we come from the same country. Sorry, but it is NOT ok. I found this very disrespectful. And not to mention unprofessional.
Would recommend the food but definitely NOT that staff member with that kind of fresh attitude.

Extremely weak portion control. Ordered the combo one with shanghai noodles and general tsao chicken which were both slightly cold and weirdly soft. The servers showed no compassion and served half a containers worth of food. Never again.

Very gross food, I’m pretty sure the General Tao type meat is soaked in some Aunt Jemima’s type of corn syrup, just tastes like nasty maple syrup meat. Broccoli was cold and soggy. Never again.
