This place was awesome, it didn’t look busy, so I didn’t know what to expect but it was really good. The staff was also very nice

Nice little place for dumplings, but they actually have quite an extensive menu. Some dishes are quite reasonable and others are on the pricier side. Portions are generous. Not as crowded as other places close by, but worth a spot on the rotation. I would recommend this place for both locals and visitors.

Hot and sour soup, dumplings, smashed cucumber, pot stickers. The perfect cold weather lunch after the museum.

This restaurant is a decent option when you’re unsure of exactly what you’re craving, as the menu offers a mix of Northern Chinese dishes along with a few Cantonese options.
We ordered the shrimp dumplings (har gow), which were fairly average, and the fried bao, which could have been crispier as they didn’t seem fried enough. The smashed cucumber salad missed the mark, as the cucumbers weren’t actually smashed, and the black fungus and celery salad could have used a better balance of ingredients—there was too much fungus and not enough celery. The scallion oil noodles were also underwhelming, lacking flavor and depth in the oil.
While the food overall was mediocre, the pricing is reasonable, and the spacious, comfortable seating is a plus. As a bonus, they offer a 10% discount if you pay in cash.
It’s not a spot I’d rush back to, but it might work for a quick, casual meal if you’re nearby and in the mood for variety.

Ordered takeout. The general tao chicken was amazing and the shanghai noodles. Wasn’t to crazy about the pork and chives dumplings. The beef in my noodles was subpar. Overall great ingredients , resonable prices for the area- highly recommend a try! Great service!

We ordered a variety of dumplings including the Rainbow Dumplings. All the dumplings were decent expect for 1 mishap. The Xiaolongbao were solid on the inside and there was no broth whatsoever. This was a slight disappointment.

Its also important to note that the rainbow dumplings all come in different flavours so your experiences may vary. I personally found them all good but the people I was with preferred certain ones over others. At the end of the day, the colours are just a branding gimmick (albeit a fun one) but its a cool thing to try at least once just because its fun and not too crazy.

One of my favorite restaurants in this neighbourhood. It's a bit expensive, but great tasting food. I'd recomend trying the Shanghai noodles and pork dumplings. They also have rainbow dumplings if you wanted something for your instagram.

Most of the food was really good, garlic broccoli is super good. Hot and sour soup was a bit bland. 8/10
