Really loved the $3.99 for six soup dumplings promotion they're doing! The service was so good, food came out pretty quickly at the quiet hours, and the server was so sweet and attentive. Highly recommend this place and its delicious food :))

Bland. Underwhelming. Overpriced.
The store's design is extremely unreasonable. There is a landscape display stand that separates the waiters from the diners, so it takes a long time for our needs to be noticed by the staff. At the same time, the taste of the dishes is very strange. After eating, I and my friend both rushed to the toilet several times.

We ordered an assortment of dishes at Shinyi, starting with the Soup Dumplings and Rainbow Dumplings. The Soup Dumplings were great, especially with the chili oil on the table, but I wasn’t a huge fan of the Rainbow Dumplings. We also had the Stir-Fried Noodles with Shrimp and the Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin. The noodles didn’t have much flavor, but the beef was solid—especially after we asked for it spicy, which they happily accommodated. Service was great, and while the food was just okay overall, I’d come back to try a few other dishes next time.

I really enjoy the steamed dumplings and the pan fried pork, highly recommended if you are craving Chinese food. Servers were also friendly and kind, overall great experience.
