Miss Fu In Chengdu Reviews
Went for dinner last night before going to a show. The menu was a bit out of our normal experiences but we wanted a different experience. Or booth was comfortable. Jason answered all of our questions, no matter how silly they probably were for him. He was engaging but not over the top - very likeable. We tried four of the spicy dishes and they were all exceptional! We did not try the skewers, which we now regret, but we will go back to do that for sure. What a great dinner experience!...read full review
Always down to try some Chengdu cuisine! Walked in and it was packed with Chinese people so that is a good sign. The menu is pretty simple, went with chongqing crispy chicken, chongqing noodle and sliced beef in chili soup.
Everything was delicious and not as spicy as expected. The fried chicken was fried to perfection, tender and the chili powder on sprinkled on it was delicious. The beef was just as good, and quite a lot of it! The noodle was the weakest link of what I could...read full review

It is an excellent restaurant with affordable prices and great quantity. Truly a great gem of a restaurant. Plus our waiter, Nick, really went the extra mile and got us the specific spicy sauce we requested for!
Each time we come here, we leave pleased! (:
A definitive must try!!

Miss Fu In Chengdu offers a flavorful dining experience with a focus on Sichuan cuisine. The menu features a variety of delicious dishes, including noodle dishes, crispy chicken, crispy pork, and the standout deep fried garlic tofu. The skewers, such as chicken and beef, are tender, full of flavor, and have a good spice level, often enjoyed with steamed rice. Several reviews highlight the spicy elements of many dishes, so those sensitive to spice should be mindful, though milder options are available.
The restaurant is known for its friendly and accommodating staff, especially regarding allergies and dietary restrictions, including vegetarian options. The atmosphere is comfortable and cool, making it suitable for casual dining. Customers appreciate the reasonable prices and the fact that the restaurant stays open until 1:30 am, making it a great late-night spot.
Portions are described as delicious but small, with a recommendation to not skip side dishes. The deep fried tofu and Sichuan peppercorn beef jerky are popular choices, and there are unique options like Fried Brown Sugar Glutinous Rice Cake, which can be quite hot inside. Overall, Miss Fu In Chengdu provides tasty food, friendly service, and a welcoming environment for those looking to enjoy authentic Sichuan flavors.
