An old fashioned diner with reasonable prices for some items. The decor is neat, and this place is busy when i went in. The grilled cheese comes with fries. There is a burger and fries for under $10. There are daily offerings and an Asian menu for dinner. The coconut cream pie is very popular. I had butternut squash soup. I was told that today is the last day for soup, probably until after summer.

I used to love this place. I had a disappointing experience last year with a small, sad burger and undercooked fries, but I marked it up as a one-off and thought it was time to go back. See the pic attached--how much do you think this burger and McCain fries costs? $27! This felt like a slap in the face and mocking. If you are going to charge me that much for a take-away burger, you better 1) You better be asking me the temperature I want my burger at! 2) give me some utensils, condiments and at very least--a napkin! 3) You better pile those cheap frozen McCain TO THE TOP and they better be WELL FRIED and not this nasty blonde. 4) And, I better not see %18 as the LOWEST tip option on your debit machine. Lockdown is over. There is no excuse for this level of cheapness AND raising of prices. I like eating out and feeling good afterwards. My last two visits here, I leave feeling used. This looks like a pattern and the new standard here.

This is my fave diner in Toronto. The food is fantastic. The Skyline club is the best chicken salad in the city. The niçoise salad is also fantastic. But really never had a bad thing there. The pies are to die for. Drinks are reasonable and tasty. Love the low key atmosphere and service, especially Kelly our fave. #coys

Food is good, but would be nice if the servers did a "last call" for food before the kitchen closes at 3. Maybe at 2:45? Wanted to order more food, and without knowing, the kitchen was closed until 5. Also servers need to be more attentive to their tables. The server disappeared after dropping the food. Then reappeared after 3, and when trying to order more food, told me the kitchen closed 20 minutes ago.

Glad to have visited this diner, that seems like a staple in the Parkdale area. Came on a Sunday night in a group of 4, diner appeared surprisingly busy ~75% capacity. Service was great, we all ordered the fried chicken sandwich which i found easily on par with other spots in TO. Recommend others check this out if passing through
Skyline is a great spot! Kind service always, and solid vibes. They have a great trivia night. I won once. It was all downhill after that....
