Owner want everytime extra charge !! dont go there,,
I had to find a place to work for a couple of hours. Affordable and good enough. Appreciate it
Enjoyed using the services. Very efficient and helpful place
I’d rate zero star if i could for price and customer service . 10 cents for printing in library which is 1 min walk away and these guys charge 2.25$ for jus a sheet..! Overcharging..!
Very Costly. For 1 page black and white printout paper this guy is charging 2 bugs + Tax. If you walk 2 mins from here to Cafe side to Food Basic they charged me only 2.25 for 6 papers.
Do not use this location to ship fedex, your stuff might not get there on time, this guy is lazy and unhelpful, will never go there again
Was cheated out of $150 by Smart Access. Smart Access charged $257.50 for an envelope to Europe. I was unaware that this was not the correct price until I sent a similar envelope to the same destination from ISLINES which also sends Fed Ex packages ; they charged $88.20 which included a 10% discount. I contacted Smart Access for an explanation of the significant overcharge and the associate (same fellow that overcharged) refused to respond. I then checked FedEx online and can see the tariff which confirms that Smart Access helped themselves to about $150 on top of the FedEx fee. I contacted FedEx directly with a complaint and they said they would "look into it".
Small location unable to use computers for internet access to gaming. Visiting in town and disappointed in the service. Change advertisement to reflect what you offer.
Can we still use the computers for $2 per hour during the pandemic?
Lol this guy tried to sell me a a small (size of a nickle) packet of thermal paste that came out of a cpu or cooler box for $5 lol and has a tube and says its $50 after installing a cracked version of windows 10...becareful if u don't know about computer's!!!

Smart access is one of top internet cybers in Toronto. The services offered are very okay. I leave in Eddystone but I go all the way to downtown for good services. Keep it up.
Buddy has the worst customer service ever. You literally ship and receive packages…Weird you have an attitude about it. Condescending. Rude. Short. Inconsiderate of people’s time. I had a present sent from my workplace without my knowledge so I had no tracking number but I had an email stating I had a package with my name, address and email on it. I could see the box when I went in and I read it with my own eyes. I went in with 3 Pieces of ID and he wouldn’t accept any of them unless I had a “tracking number”. Such a great surprise present experience.
Called in and the guy on the phone was talking over me when I was asking about printing prices. And I called him out on it and the reason he said he was talking over me and interrupting me because it was busy and there was a line up. I said I'm a potential customer asking questions so I guess you don't want my business and so I hung up! Make up your own mind about this one.

Not sure why there is so many unhappy reviews. I picked up my package today, and the guy was pretty nice, he checked all my docs very carefully before hand me my package.
