Games are old. Their Azul smelled disgusting. The bathrooms are unclean and the sink had mold all around. We were party of 7 so they charged 18% mandatory tip on the full bill including the self-serve games fee of $20/pp. We had to flag down staff to order drinks and not once did a staff come by to ask if we needed anything. Bad service and expensive ! - we paid ~$250 to play a couple of old smelly games and have basic coffee, tea & soft drinks. Not impressed.

This place used to be top notch, and am disappointed to see yet another place prioritizing profit over customer experience. They raised their board game fee to $20 and includes unlimited pop. I would have rather had the option to pay the lesser fee (I believe it was $15 a few months ago?) and CHOOSE to buy a drink. A serious downgrade to the business model, at least the silver lining is this was the push I needed to buy a couple board games and host game nights at home.

Have been going to this place since it opened and really disappointed that they changed their game system to only allow you to play for 3 hours even whem they aren't busy before charging 10$ per person per hour, which is way too much. Was planning to stay all afternoon to evening and probably getting dinner but ended up leaving for dinner and drinks somewhere else. Completely ruined the experience. They need to seriously rethink the business model or we will probably not come back.

Loved loved loved this place. Really friendly service, food was banging, AMAZING selection of games. Such a good deal m-w, only $10 a person but $5 if you get an alc drink. Also unlimited soft drinks/tea coffee (off a specified list) make that price so worth it too. Only thing was that service was a bit slow but it was so busy and simply needed more staff on! The staff that were there though were great. Will be back 100000%
If I can give no star I would, I admit the food and drinks are good. But their advertising is very misleading! They NEED to put in small print the real deal, because what I thought would be a $20 game night with unlimited non-alcoholic drinks. I end up getting charged for EVERY drink which came up to almost $90!!!!! I clearly told her it was my first time and she said all the non alcoholic drinks are included, that's a LIE! They false advertise to make their profit.

Snakes and Lattes is an absolute classic! I love the cozy, welcoming ambiance—it's the perfect place to relax with friends, enjoy some light snacks, and dive into a great selection of board games. One of the worst chicken zombie wings ever served. It was like taken out from the fridge, put into overly used oil, and came to the table partially still frozen, partially burned, and partially overly sauced. It was disgusting.
