The bartender who will remember your name, the chef who will give your plate 100%, the best live sports at any angle (including the PWHL 🤩), and the owners who truly care. “Went for a wrestling event, I don’t think the server expected to accommodate that many people for a Saturday evening. The bartender did the best she could, scurrying to serve us rowdy fans while batting away impatient patrons asking for food ordered 20-30 prior, bless her kind heart. I wasn’t expecting much either, considering I ate prior to the event and just wanted a beer. The menu is…basic, in a word, but ended up ordering the 3 piece chicken strips with fries. Took 35 minutes, and almost gave up. But when the food came…my word was this good. Chicken fried crispiness but still tender to enjoy the natural juicy flavour with each bite. The fries were seasoned to compliment whatever they had going with the chicken, potato and deep fry ratio done where it still retains its toasty flavour 10 minutes all after the fact. 100% worth the wait. It’s been two weekends since this event and I’m still thinking about how good that order was. I dont know if they’ve taken down their Halloween decor yet but if you’re in the Bloor/Dundas West area and come across this bar, please give their food a try. And remember to tip the bartender, lord knows she deserves it :)“

“Came here to catch Jays Game 3. Random find. Im glad I dropped in. Ordered some drinks and a burger. The Fox Fury Burger with sunny side up egg hit the spot! Hands down one of the best smash burgers in town.

“Great atmosphere and lots of TVs for watching a game. Good beer selection. Nice service. Wings were good. BBQ wings are actually made on a BBQ, which is nice. Burgers and fries looked very good. Only complaint is about the nachos. The chips appear to be Doritos Cool Ranch, which are horrible for nachos. They pile lots of cheese on, but not much else. The rest of the food was good, but the nachos really let the team down here. Only other thing is that they play the TV sound very low, so you can barely hear it. A lot of places do not play the game sound, but I really like it when they do.“

“4 older Zoomer ladies had a bite here after AmJ musical as we walked along THE PATH toward Union Station on a rainy yesterday .it was pretty full lively at 5:30. Service excellent Food great! Two of us had the Sliders -meaty - Good quality beef and big! My friend’s club was awesome & fries were good enough to steal a few from her which we all did , the other woman had the Caesar salad and said it was really tasty and dressing light. All Portions ample. We had to get to Union for 6:45 and still had a little ways to go and they were quick with bill and follow up by initial server - excellent.“

“Love this bar for after the game. If you get out in time you’ll be able to beat the crowd as it does get busy if you’re looking for fast service. Especially if you’re from out of town. The experience is always fantastic when it comes to sports and being a raptors fan. Food, drink and service on par and got to tell Kawhi Leonard that we miss him.“

This local spot was hoppin when we walked up for a table. We were seated at the bar to wait for our table and threw back a couple of pints. (Is this secretly one of the more affordable bar in the East End?)
