the order lady at cashier not polite and bad service, coffee was not hot my special coffee in venti cup was wrong ingredient did not realize it until in a car. I usually don’t write review but this place has lot of bad review so next time I should read review before decide to order from any place

I stopped going for my favourite drink because there are so much ice in my drink. I have to mentally prepared myself to not forget to say light ice , otherwise it will just be a waste of a trip.

My bf shows up with my drink as a surprise. Look how much ice is left after exactly 5 sips. 2/3 of the cup is full of ice.
Even if we didn’t say light ice, there should be a standard for how much ice should there be in a drink.

I ordered online to this store and when I asked them about the order, they are like we don't have that flavor anymore. I went for pickup and they said they would make a refund. I told them you just wasted my time and she was so rude. She was with black hair and her name is Kathlyn or something. She asked me to leave the store and when I asked her name she covered her name. She threatened me that she would call police . I didn't say anything and left the place. She was worst in customer service and she don't deserve to serve customer. She ruined my day . Very worst customer service. Never ever in my life will visit this store again.

Today I came and gave the worker recipe that I always order and I bought 3 orders with the same recipe this time. The guy who took my order skipped some ingredients that made my drink untasty . I didn’t know until I came home and gave to my husband and my friend. That was so bad. I’m so unhappy with this.

Every single time I come here my drink is made wrong I buy Starbucks literally every day sometimes 2 times a day from my regular Starbucks and it is perfect this time the so called manager made my drink o brought it back and she tried to argue that this is how the drink is I told her I get the same drink every day and she just kept repeating that’s how the drink is and then said I was being argumentative cause i kept repeating back that I get the same drink every day as a manager she should just apologize explain once and move on not go back and forth. Rude unprofessional and her drinks are trash.

I paid $7.50 for an Iced Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso and specifically asked for light ice. Unfortunately, my cup was filled about 90% with ice, leaving very little drink. I finished it in less than a minute and felt disappointed. I really enjoy Starbucks, but for this price I expect to receive the drink I ordered. I hope this location can pay more attention to customer requests in the future. Since it’s hot outside, here I am eating every piece of the most expensive ice I’ve ever bought 🥹🤦🏼‍♀️

I am appalled with the disgusting service I received today at this location. I am a loyal customer and asked for a cup of water and ice I was denied and advised I had to purchase something. Even though I had already purchased a drink previously and had my receipt as I order online and pickup through the drive thru. No human decency employee did not care. Employee definitely needs a customer service training as there would have been an other ways to go about it.

recently had a terrible experience with a barista at this store, he was extremely dismissive, i had asked for a drink to be remade and he was extremely rude about it. he's inappropriate and talks shit about customers to his coworkers. i don't understand why you'd work a customer service job if you hate dealing with them that much. he had blonde hair and i believe his name was valery? if you come here and see him, don't even bother ordering, he'll just ruin your day.

I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent visit. I requested to have my drink remade as it did not match what I had ordered. Unfortunately, the staff member seemed visibly annoyed and remade the drink with a clear sense of frustration.

I’ve been a regular customer at this location for several years and have always appreciated the friendly service. However, this recent experience was disappointing and has made me reconsider returning to this particular branch, as the level of customer service no longer meets the standard I was used to.
