The Jane and St. Clair Starbucks baristas never stir after creaming and sugaring my coffee.
I gave one star to their food because their food and beverage products are still Starbucks products and one star to their service because there is no option to give no star.
By the way, not the first time I told them to stir the coffee well after making it. Should their baristas still not be fired.
Today December 17, 2024, again, coffee not stirred at all. I have to take the lid off to do it myself.

Use to be good here, but I don't think I will be coming back. Ordered a pecan latte only for it to taste like it was missing the pecan syrup along with it being bitter. Went back to let them know. I decided to ask for something else because I didn't want the same thing to happen again. Although they offered another drink, I ended up getting a very watered-down matcha latte. Two drinks that I am very familiar with!! Not impressed, especially when you think you will get your moneys worth, along with tipping.

Ordered large coffee, got half of Glass. Thanks girl.
I just ordered online coffee and cookie. The barista gave me only the cookie. Although I showed her my app and the order I paid, instead of checking if something went wrong, she chose simply not believing me. The manager came and noticed their printer's paper ran out. But they did not even say sorry!

This Starbucks on Friday 19 July 2025, had the most terrible barista I have enter found! (And I’ve been consuming at Starbucks for 20 years now, mostly every day!) My kid use had to get out the car because the drive through wasn’t working and he ask for a Venti coffee for me. He leave the store and because he was opening the door to a lady he drop my coffee. We had to leave for tkd clases but when we came that awful lady said: We never give out coffee because you throw it! (I have had that accident many times!) so she said: This is the last time we will make it up ok? ? My kid said ok and ask for a big glass of WATER… No, we never give a big glass for kids! ? Like, are you serious? I have come TO THIS STORE for years! And I always give my kid a big glass of water!!! She was super entailed and had the worst attitude!!
*All the girls have been helping me (us) and they’ve been really great!! I just hate this girl!! Like I don’t want to ever go back to this store!!! ???

I drove through to get a pup cup for my dog’s birthday and the barista was so sweet! She drew on the cup and her energy was amazing. I wish I got her name but this location never disappoints!
