Very unprofessional and nasty staff. Specifically the Asian woman working in the morning… She do not know how to speak to customer and acts like everyone
Coming in is an inconvenience to her. Do not recommend

The lady who was working the pos was wonderful. However I’ve never seen such lazy baristas on the bar. As a former employee I know how the Starbucks instructed regulations for milk frothing are and I watched this man ruin an $8 latte because he could not care enough to aerate it properly. What’s worse is that he saw me watch him mess it up, then hid my drink behind the bar and worked on others until I guess he thought long enough had passed to try and call out my drink. I know this because all the drinks he made in between were either cold or Grande size and I know a tall cup when I see it. If I didn’t have to rush to class I would’ve asked him to remake it but very very very disappointed with my experience

I came in sept 28 around 8pm. Im lactose intolerant and ordered an oat substitute. They did not use substitute and it caused me digestive issues and stomach pain. Please be more attentive to the changes in an order. The paper said it was oatmilk but it really wasnt.

Amazing drink and she wrote a smiley face on my drink! Loved my few minutes there.

I used to come here almost everyday, but find the quality and service have recently taken a huge nosedive with the new hires they have working at this location. They lack communication skills and seem disgruntled, disoriented and uninterested in their job.

I’m so grateful for this Starbucks location because my favourite sandwich I ordered was much better than the bad one from another downtown Toronto location. It asked for my favourite Double-Smoked Bacon Cheese Egg Sandwich. But about 3/4 of the bacon looked missing! I was in a rush and so hungry that I didn’t go back to complain.

Thankfully I got the standard generous portions of bacon at this Bedford Bloor location. It renewed my faith in Starbucks! The staff were also friendly and fast which I appreciated. And loved the ambiance of the high ceilings and comfy seating area. I’ve already been back and will come again!

This particular starbucks has art and decors and a different store vibe. Feels more impressive than some of the reserve stores I been to. Staff was super friendly and offer to help me carry my drinks and food to the tables outside.
