Service and staff are great, no complaints there! However, I ordered a few beverages and food items earlier today and was overcharged for an extra muffin (I ordered one, instead of two). I was not reimbursed for the accidental charge, nor was I given the extra muffin that I had paid for. I personally don't eat muffins, but I had bought a hot chocolate and blueberry muffin for the young girl who sits outside of this Starbucks location with her blanket. Delonte, was very helpful. I had a very big order for work and I was unsure of what was needed and his extensive knowledge helped me complete the order without any hiccups! Great work
