A paying customer asking for a code for the restroom because need for it arised, and a server starts laughing at the customer? Wow what a great customer service! No wonder the general population regards starbucks baristas as hipster wannabe whom are pretentious cogs in a machine instead of proper baristas. The POS did not properly work either and had to tap the credit card at two different POS which which does not bode well since now I have to check and make sure it did not get processed at the previous POS. Overall, the experience was way below the standard and DEFINITELLY would NOT VISIT AGAIN!. I would rather take my business to aroma espresso bar which is not far from this particular disgrace of an establishment, that is included in the category solely because it is dealing in the industry. I can definitely rant more but that would only act negatively to this review so I will hold my tongue as I have gotten my point across already.Hope you all have a better day than me.TBH the one star that I gave is too much point in this situation. Tired of the tepid, sickeningly lukewarm coffee they serve, I have decided not to come back to this place again. I started frequenting this place after Starbucks closed its store closest to me, at 30 Carlton Street. I am a creature of habit. Every morning, I order a Grande cup of dark coffee and a blueberry muffin. If I arrive at this store before 7:30 a.m., the coffee tends to be lukewarm. I can practically dip my finger in it and not worry about it being singed. I have to come here after 8:30 a.m. to get a good, hot cup of coffee. This is not one expects of Starbucks, a restaurant hailed for the consistency of its product and service.

Service and staff are great, no complaints there! However, I ordered a few beverages and food items earlier today and was overcharged for an extra muffin (I ordered one, instead of two). I was not reimbursed for the accidental charge, nor was I given the extra muffin that I had paid for. I personally don't eat muffins, but I had bought a hot chocolate and blueberry muffin for the young girl who sits outside of this Starbucks location with her blanket. I attempted to call the store later today, but there was no answer. So instead, I am kindly asking for the Starbucks staff to please give this young girl the extra muffin that I was overcharged for. During these cold October days, a warm muffin can go a long way :) Thank you!

This Starbucks is located near the Delta Chelsea Hotel, to which I stayed overnight with a friend for a girls night, and we decided we wanted Starbucks the next morning. My friend stayed at the hotel and I walked down with our orders in hand.The location was busy, for me anyway, because I am from Windsor and it's not even a little bit busy, felt a bit overwhelmed because I'm not from here, but the partner at cash was very friendly when I was giving my order, and asked for my name too!The partners at the bar completely made my drinks wrong, I did ask for them iced, both of them, but they put them out as hot drinks, and gave me a bit of a dirty look for saying the infamous 'I asked for those iced' lines, when in fact I did ask for them iced. They did remake them for me.Overall, this Starbucks was conveniently located close to the hotel I was staying at, and although I had to ask for my drinks to be remade properly, the food was good, and the drinks were good.

Nice location and friendly knowledgeable staff. Fresh snacks all day and nice seating options. There seems to be an unused opportunity to add more seats and tables in the middle portion of the store. May be during rush hour the is more need for the space for line ups than for tables. Very close to the university so it is popular with students looking for a good jolt of caffeine to stay awake. In general a cozy and feisty atmosphere. The espresso is really nice. Cannot get only one shot, have to have at least a double shot. ☕

Ordered a Iced Matcha Latte and the order came out quickly. Maybe the service could be a bit better (more smiles and welcoming vibes), otherwise everything was great! The store was clean and organized, including the washroom.
