It is not often that I choose to frequent Starbucks cafés, but as I have mentioned in previous reviews, I still find that Starbucks cold brew is absolutely one of the best cold brews in the city. I would like this not to be the case, but so far, it seems to be the situation.

This Starbucks location also has a special place in my heart because of its determination to continue to serve customers safely throughout the Covid crisis. This location maintained their outdoor patio service during Covid and was a real refuge for people trying to find a good cup of coffee and a little bit of connection during Covid.

Another benefit of this location is the spacious, ample interior seating, much of which has very easy access to electrical outlets for people who are working or charging phones. Again, although I don't think that's the main thing people should be doing in coffee shops, if you do need to work, this space is well set up.

Other reviews note the staff at this location is very friendly and I find that also. My real concern with this location is that it is clear that the drive-through customers get priority over customers ordering drinks at the counter. It is my guess that that is not the staff's choice and that that is probably a corporate directive, but as a in-store customer, I find this offputting

All in all, a spacious café with a pretty good patio, given its location in a parking lot, and staff that seem to be doing their best to serve the customers and the corporate agenda.

Consistently good. I believe it’s the better location in the area. Drive thru is sufficient too. Ample seats inside.

I stopped by Starbucks this morning and was greeted by Surbhi, who was super friendly and helpful. I couldn’t decide what to get, so I asked her to make me a cold coffee with low calorie of her choice. Honestly, it turned out amazing, exactly what I needed to start my day. Thanks, Surbhi, for the great recommendation and for making my morning a little better!!! 😊

Two days in a row I wasted my time going out of the way to go to this location and twice they haven’t restocked their store. Insane considering how successful the franchise is. Whoever is in charge of restocking should have ordered their stock much sooner. Two days in a row with zero breakfast options is absolutely insane in a first world country.

Maybe bias, as my local Starbucks, but I found this one having the OG Starbucks atmosphere. Very cool place to sit and enjoy a nice coffee.

No locks in toilets, eh? Unsettling & unhygienic environment. Dirty pickup counter, and even though employees were plenty loud with one another, they mutter to you something under their breath when throwing your food at said dirty counter. Zero Star, actually.

This Starbucks is filthy. The bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks, the patio tables were dirty, and no garbage can anywhere to be found. Nice staff though.

I’m really disappointed today, this location always gives me the best service. But TODAY, why is my venti caramel frapp drink half empty? WHY does the cup smell like curry? Unacceptable, this was my favourite location and now I’m just very upset. Whoever was doing skip orders today needs to be reprimanded.

I kid you not, this starbucks gave me expired milk in my frappe. I could literally smell the milk while drinking it. Also another thing, I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappe which doesn’t involve black little balls, so wtf is this?
