I went here for the first time mid Feb to grab my husband a birthday Starbucks. The staff was accommodating and so helpful to navigate the menu. I didn’t feel silly not knowing the Starbucks size terms. They helped me pick the perfect coffee for him and decorated the cup. Very fun! I look forward to going back again soon and regularly.

Visited around 8:30 PM and had to wait nearly 5 minutes for the barista to come out, as she was mopping inside. Unfortunately, she made the drink without washing her hands, which was quite concerning. We asked for the we asked for the for here ware and she denied it saying that they are closing in a hour. The Barista was so rude. Overall, the place didn’t feel welcoming at all.

I visited this Starbucks location 2 days ago and was very nervous to order my drink. I met a person named Surbhi (manager I think), who seemed very experienced and suggested me exactly what I wanted. Not only did she help me, but also spent time to know me and my day. I wish she reads this message. Day made, and treated with a delicious drink , wow!!!

Tears of happiness! I went to Starbucks with my husband, and he mentioned that it was my birthday! I’m a huge Starbucks fan, and I got a free drink - but the best part was the customer service from a lady name Adooa - or Ashoa! This lady should be a manager!!! Excellent soft skills!!!

It is not often that I choose to frequent Starbucks cafés, but as I have mentioned in previous reviews, I still find that Starbucks cold brew is absolutely one of the best cold brews in the city. I would like this not to be the case, but so far, it seems to be the situation.

This Starbucks location also has a special place in my heart because of its determination to continue to serve customers safely throughout the Covid crisis. This location maintained their outdoor patio service during Covid and was a real refuge for people trying to find a good cup of coffee and a little bit of connection during Covid.

Another benefit of this location is the spacious, ample interior seating, much of which has very easy access to electrical outlets for people who are working or charging phones. Again, although I don't think that's the main thing people should be doing in coffee shops, if you do need to work, this space is well set up.

Other reviews note the staff at this location is very friendly and I find that also. My real concern with this location is that it is clear that the drive-through customers get priority over customers ordering drinks at the counter. It is my guess that that is not the staff's choice and that that is probably a corporate directive, but as a in-store customer, I find this offputting

All in all, a spacious café with a pretty good patio, given its location in a parking lot, and staff that seem to be doing their best to serve the customers and the corporate agenda.
