Every time I go to this Starbucks I always need to go back to change my drink, I usually order it in downtown and they always make it so perfect and good, here is always something missing… I order this morning a Venti cup was and it was only 3/4 full, so what’s the point of ordering a Venti! Just put it in the grande because that was the size… but I paid for the Venti! So I went back and asked her make it more full, I thought it was all good and while I was drinking it I start to notice that it was full of ice!!! I paid $6.50 for ice this morning!!! So upset about this location and the staff!!!

I went into this location yesterday and there was no one in the store. I was upfront and asked for the code for the washroom. And the barista asked if I was going to get a drink and I explained I had a Dr appointment was it possible to use the washroom. She stared at me then looked me up and down before agreeing to open the door. I thought after the incident a few years ago in the US when Starbucks refused to let a black patron use the washroom the company acknowledged this was not the company's practice shut down it's stores for diversity training. Perhaps Starbucks Canada needs to have similar training for its employees.

I was at there dated 22 May 2025 about 08:15pm during the presence of 2 girls, They just literally ignore the customer request and avoid my preferred drink, after when they serve me, they didn’t even ask to change or renew. (Highly disappointed about staff) but I paid in full amount

Love the newly renovated Starbucks at Yonge & Brookdale! The space is modern, cozy, and perfect for working or relaxing. Great service, great coffee, and a much-improved vibe. Definitely my go-to spot!

I ordered a cafe vanilla frapaccino and got a vanilla bean frapaccino so really not happy with the whole experience see below for parking nightmares they let happen.
Also the straws become soggy and unusable, can't push air through or get air in. After 10 minutes. Bring your own straw if you don't want to guzzle a drink in 5 minutes
They allow people to illegally park in front and block and impede traffic and do nothing about it. They should be reporting this. It's right out the window and you can hear the honking. Today someone confronted a person over it. He, the illegal parker, went to staff and asked them to get the guy, who was asking him to move and if he knew it was illegal(the parker admitted he did and didn't care) to stop telling him he was illegally parked and blocking traffic. This is after the illegal parker kept arguing and justifying himself and demanding to know what the other guy did for a living? The staff told the guy(the one asking him to not park there and hinder traffic) to stop yelling. There was no yelling. The staff have no interest in doing what's right and reporting the illegal parker themselves when they can see his car from the window.
This city is abysmal and so are the workers who cater to self entitled people. There is no excuse for illegal parking, entitlement or telling someone to stop when they have a valid concern and complaint and accuse them of yelling because you don't agree or want to deal with a problem you let happen.
People should report illegal parking, especially businesses, it's not hard. What is hard is someone blocking traffic and causing problems and potential accidents so they don't have to walk a few steps. There's legal parking a few feet up and on the side street where I parked. This isn't hard. Doing nothing is hard and makes for a worse city and a worse society
We bought a pistachio latte, and it was really disappointing. It didn’t taste like pistachio at all, and the flavor was off. It seemed like it was made from stale ingredients. I was really disappointed with this Starbucks experience.

I usually come here recently, to pick up coffee during the day as I moved close by. It is not very busy during the day on weekdays.
I usually order regular coffee, and the last few times, their coffee is not hot, and it comes out lukewarm. It was freshly brewed but lacked that hot sip desired in the cold weather.
Most of the staff is always nice and friendly, and pretty fast to serve the line.
The place is usually clean and well kept. There is a few seats to sit down and not a lot of seating space, so usually for take outs. The interior, however, is not that appealing. The seats and tables are pretty old and worn off. They need to consider a reno for sure.
Their washroom is also pretty clean and well maintained.
The parking is also another issue if you drive and are not within walking distance.
Overall, I might not come back often and might consider other local options.
